Hace bastante tiempo que no me aventuraba realizar un proyecto en digital por un caso de fatiga visual que tenía, pero estoy de vuelta y aunque me ha llevado bastante mas tiempo de lo que inicialmente esperaba lo he terminado.

Para mi no está del todo logrado y está muy por debajo de mis mejores trabajos (que no puedes ve en mi blog porque no los hice para mi por lo que no los puedo publicar) pero esto se debe a la gran cantidad de horas de práctica perdidas.

A pesar de todo y de la rigidez creo que he logrado algo que para mi es nuevo, porque me costaba mucho tener una imagen más o menos fluida.

MIMOSA NIGHTSHADE

It's been a long time since I ventured to carry out a digital project due to a case of visual fatigue that I had, but I'm back and although it has taken me much longer than I initially expected, I have finished it.

For me it is not completely achieved and it is far below my best works (which you cannot see on my blog because I did not do them for myself so I cannot publish them) but this is due to the large number of hours of practice losses.

Despite everything and the rigidity, I think I have achieved something that is new for me, because it was very difficult for me to have a more or less fluid image.

Pasé bastante tiempo intentando lograr una pose genial pero creo qu esta me ha gustado mucho por la sencillez de lineas. Elegí a Mimosa Nightshade por su gama de colores con los que me gusta jugar, sobre todo el morado. Empecé a poner la base de piel trabajar los rasgos.

I spent a lot of time trying to achieve a great pose but I think I really liked this one because of the simplicity of the lines. I chose Mimosa Nightshade for its range of colors that I like to play with, especially purple. I started to put the skin base to work the features.

Con los rasgos básicos ya definidos puse un poco de ilumnación y trabajé la linea de las cejas intentando lograr una expresion que fuera un poco despectiva ¿por qué? porque resulta que parece ir muy bien con el personaje.

With the basic features already defined, I put a bit of lighting and worked on the line of the eyebrows, trying to achieve an expression that was a little derogatory. Why? because it turns out that it seems to go very well with the character.

Con los rasgos básicos ya definidos puse un poco de ilumnación y trabajé la linea de las cejas intentando lograr una expresion que fuera un poco despectiva ¿por qué? porque resulta que parece ir muy bien con el personaje.

En este punto es donde todo empieza a tomar forma realmente, porque vi que el color base estaba muy oscuro y que sentaría mejor un tono de piel mas ceroso por lo que apliqué un velado de un rosa muy palido que me ayudó a lograr loq ue quería. Añadiendo algunos contrastes y difuminando areas muy dscuidadas empezó a tomar nueva forma el rostro y algunos detalles de las manos.

Por otro lado el cabello fue un tormento para mi, porque aunque estoy usando unos pinceles nuevos y diseñados especificamente para cabellos... pues... la fluidez y la forma me costaba demasiado por lo que tuve que borrar varios estilos antes de lograr este.

This is where everything really starts to take shape, because I saw that the base color was too dark and that it would suit a waxier skin tone better, so I applied a very pale pink veil that helped me achieve what I wanted. . Adding some contrasts and blurring very neglected areas, the face and some details of the hands began to take a new shape.

On the other hand, the hair was a torment for me, because although I am using some new brushes designed specifically for hair... well... the fluidity and the shape were too difficult for me, so I had to delete several styles before achieving this .

Muchas chispas de energía después, un par de reflejos de un morado intenso y di por terminado el proyecto que hoy presento. Estoy sumamente agradecida con este blog y con steemit en donde vi mis inicios porque me impulsó a siempre mejorar. No aspirando ser la mejor entre todos, no, mi pensamiento va mas allá de eso, solo quiero formar parte y no quedarme atrás en mi aprendizaje.

Many sparks of energy later, a couple of intense purple reflections and I considered the project that I am presenting today finished. I am extremely grateful to this blog and to steemit where I saw my beginnings because it encouraged me to always improve. Not aspiring to be the best among all, no, my thinking goes beyond that, I just want to be part of it and not be left behind in my learning.
