My Actifit Report Card: August 11 2023

I'm back with my daily activity report featuring Actifit. It's a shame that I forgot to turn on this application while on the move so only a few steps can be recorded. But this is not a problem, because I will tell you in detail about how I spent today.

As usual I started the day by praying and doing meditation. Then do yoga for streaching. Before sunrise, I hurried to go to the market to go shopping. Then prepare breakfast for the family and prepare provisions that will be brought by my mother to school.

As I said yesterday, today is my first day of participating in Chloeting.com new challenge. So after dropping my kids off at school I rushed home to play Splinterlands using a scholar account. This I do so that I can exercise with peace of mind. It wasn't until all the accounts were settled that I prepared to start exercising.

The new program I'm participating in is the 2023 Hourglass Challenge. This 4-week challenge primarily targets booty & core with upper body being secondary. They have Videos with weighted & non-weighted alternatives, so it's suitable for beginners as well as for those wanting a harder weighted challenge.

On this first day, we will do 4 training sessions with a duration of 50 minutes from warm-up to cool-down. Heating and cooling down is optional, but it's better to do that too.

The essence of this exercise is 2 sessions and the first session takes 20 minutes with movements:

Set 1:
Squat and Good morning
Lunge (L)
Lunge (R)
Deadlift Bent over Row

Set 2:
Snatch (L)
Snatch (R)
Dumbell Swings
Deadlift Rear Delt Fly

Set 3:
Single Leg Crunch (L)
Single Leg Crunch (R)
Plank Leg Raise (L)
Plank Leg Raise (R)
Hollow Single Leg Knee Tuck
Plank Drags
Bridge Narrow Press
Glute Bridges

Set 4:
Curtsy Lunge Bicep Curl
Arnold Press
Squat
Dumbbell Hold March

Next season is Snatched Waist Deep Core Workout. In this session some of the movements that must be done are:

  • Reverse Plank
  • Bridge Marches
  • Bird Dog
  • Plank Twist
  • Windshield Wiper
  • Upsite Down Turtle (L)
  • Upsite Down Turtle (R)
  • Reverse Table Top Kee Truck
  • Leg Drop.

I was able to finish the first day easily. I hope I will continue to consistently exercise by joining this program.
