Are you ready for the busy week? My Actifit Report Card: September 11 2023

I'm back with my daily activity report featuring Actifit.

The weekend has been too and the daily grind has resumed. Monday is usually the most chaotic day for me, because I have to drop off the children at school earlier than usual because I have to attend the flag ceremony. In addition, children are usually difficult to wake up in the morning because of fatigue with last weekend's activities. However, I had to stay calm and try to be sane, affirming to myself that this week was going to be an amazing week.

As usual I start the day with morning prayers, then do morning mediation and yoga for streaching. This morning routine finished at exactly 5:30 in the morning, so I decided to take a barefoot morning walk around the house. He said, this will reduce the negative energy in the body. And because from the night I felt restless, so I tried what people said this 😂😂😂

Continue by preparing children for school, from bathing, preparing breakfast and provisions and ready to take them to school. The air this morning was as sunny as ever, because it was the dry season.

After dropping off the schoolchildren, I went to a food stall selling old-school corn rice around the market. This is a food that my mother used to eat a lot while on a low-sugar diet. Maybe this corn rice is different from what you imagine, because it looks like small grains, not in the form of whole corn mixed with rice rice. Served with chili sauce from grated coconut, boiled vegetables, and fried salted fish.

I've seen my mother make this corn rice, and it takes quite a long time if you want to process it yourself. Corn (not sweet corn) soak in water overnight and then grind until coarse flour. Then steamed for 1 hour, then removed from the steamer and splashed with hot water while flattening. Continue steaming again until soft for about 1 hour. And be corn rice ready to eat.

After breakfast, I went again to grandma's house to help prepare for your wedding which will be held this weekend. As I told you earlier, the wedding tradition here requires a ritual of many days long, so it is quite tiring.
