My Actifit Report Card: December 20 2023

Hello guys!

Im back with may daily activity report featuring Actifit.

Today is very sunny guys, I wake up in the morning immediately do morning meditation and make a plan of what I should do today, then go out to enjoy the sunrise. This scene has always made me very amazed.

Today's exercise is still the same as yesterday, I still use youtube from the Allblanc channel to exercise. First is a dance video to heat up then followed by 1000 calories hiit cardio
