The penny dropped, I now have a good idea of how to better organize our brawls. Helpful for this is the joint maintenance and development of the open draft table that I had started at the beginning of November 2022, evolved from the Prep Shades.

During the combat stage, this table currently looks like this. Everyone can note their own progress there, or that of others, and at the end of the battle phase mark those accounts that still have battles open. Here you can see the zero. What remains to be noted during a result phase is currently transferred by @anjadani, which makes me very happy every time.

During the preparation phase, the table currently looks like this. Three ideas I want to present and implement here right away:

Those who are stably placed for a brawl can enter themselves in the table during the preparation phase or are entered there by someone who wants to do this work. This way it is quick and easy to see which frays have not yet been definitively assigned. Stable means to use one's own favorite and not to have an account above oneself in our guild score table, with which this favorite could be challenged.
Anyone who assigns themselves to a Fray and has not declared a favorite for themselves during a previous brawl will be arbitrarily removed from the Fray by me or an Officer (or whatever role is needed to reopen Frays) within the first three quarters of the Preparation Phase.
To be an Officer, there are three requirements:
1. is reachable via Discord,
2. uses an account at HackMD and
3. documents every intervention as an Officer with a statement of time.

How all this looks in detail, we can arrange and develop individually. And in case no one wants to deal with it, I will continue alone as before.

Für seine Unterstützung bei der Erstellung unserer Statistiken gehen diesmal 50 % Begünstigung dieses Beitrags wieder an @anjadani. Mehr darüber siehe den letzten Beitrag zu Begünstigten.

Der Knoten ist geplatzt, ich habe jetzt eine gute Vorstellung davon, wie sich unsere Raufereien besser organisieren lassen. Hilfreich dabei ist die gemeinsame Pflege und Entwicklung der offenen Entwurfs-Tabelle, die ich Anfang November 2022 begonnen hatte, entstanden aus den Vorbereitungs-Schattierungen.

Während der Kampf-Phase sieht diese Tabelle derzeit wie folgt aus. Jeder kann dort den eigenen Fortschritt notieren, oder den der Anderen, und zum Ende der Kampf-Phase jene Konten markieren, die noch Kämpfe offen haben. Hier zu erkennen an der Null. Was während einer Ergebnis-Phase dort noch nicht notiert ist, überträgt @anjadani derzeit, was mich jedes Mal sehr freut.

Während der Vorbereitsungs-Phase sieht die Tabelle derzeit wie folgt aus. Drei Ideen will ich dazu hier gleich vorstellen und umsetzen:

Wer für eine Rauferei stabil plaziert ist, kann sich während der Vorbereitungs-Phase in die Tabelle eintragen oder wird dort von jemandem eingetragen, der diese Arbeit erledigen will. So ist schnell und einfach sichtbar, welche Frays noch nicht entgültig vergeben sind. Stabil bedeutet, den eigenen Favoriten zu nutzen und kein Konto über sich in unserer Guilden-Punkte-Tabelle zu haben, mit dem dieser Favorit streitig gemacht werden könnte.
Wer sich selbst einem Fray zuordnet und während einer vorherigen Rauferei keinen Favoriten für sich definiert hat, wird innerhalb der ersten drei Viertel der Vorbereitungs-Phase willkürlich von mir oder einem Officer aus dem Fray wieder entfernt (oder was immer für eine Rolle nötig ist, um Frays wieder zu öffnen).
Um Officer zu sein, gibt es drei Voraussetzungen:
1. per Discord erreichbar zu sein,
2. einen Account bei HackMD zu nutzen und
3. jede Intervention als Officer mit Zeitangabe zu dokumentieren.

Wie all das im Detail aussieht, können wir individuell verabreden und weiter entwickeln. Und für den Fall, dass sich niemand damit befassen mag, mache ich allein wie bisher damit weiter.
