Cavolo, quante novità! Nel complesso buone, ma secondo me con qualche difetto qui e là:
- probabilmente è un male necessario, ma l'assenza di level cap per gli Evocatori nelle Leghe renderà il gioco ancora più pay-to-win
- dare/togliere un numero fisso di punti elo in caso di vittoria/sconfitta rischia di eliminare la classica distribuzione a "piramide" dei giocatori tra le varie Leghe, portando troppi giocatori nelle Leghe più alte e, dato che la pool sarà unica, ad una diminuzione troppo grande delle ricompense a cui possono ambire i giocatori nelle Leghe più basse; il reset di fine stagione mitigherà questo problema, ma alla lunga credo che servirà qualcosa di più per contenere questo rischio.
Per una volta tanto a me comunque non cambia troppo, anzi, ora sarei ancora più incentivato a giocare di nuovo manualmente nel formato Modern!

Hai fatto delle giuste considerazioni sui alcuni possibili effetti negativi del nuovo cambio.
Nel complesso io vedo più aspetti positivi che negativi ma ovviamente dobbiamo aspettare che le modifiche siano implementate per valutarli
