introduction and strategy guide + SHARE YOUR BATTLE Weekly Challenge!

I was afraid I would repeat my self in this weeks post as I don't have any special dragons to highlight, but as it turns out I did a post on Naga Brute and Brighton Bloom in the past, so Djinn Chwala is still up for grabs. Let's look into him.

Djinn Chwala
Overview

Djinn Chwala is a Reward card, which can be earned currently from daily and end of season chests and due to that it has a great price of around $0.60. Already on the base level it has a lot of great abilities: 2 damage, 2 speed, 5 shield and 9 health for 8 mana makes this card an affordable tank, but it can protect the backline as well, against melee sneak attackers. It is my favorite go to card on 12 mana battles, as it outweighs Cursed Windeku.
Already on level 2 it's attack will increase to 3 so it can cause damage also against a shield + demoralize combination.
On level 4 it receives rage, which makes it a beast. and on level 6 it gets true strike, so each 4 + rage damage hits all the time.
Djinn Chwala is a dragon card, so she works only with dragon summoners. The best synergies can be received from:
![]() | Drake of Arnak | +1 shield, so it takes even longed to kill Djinn Chvala with melee and ranged damage |
|---|---|---|
![]() | Darai Dragonscale | +1 melee attack to kill the enemy front line |
![]() | Camila Sungazer | -1 enemy melee attack, prolonging the time to kill Djinn Chwala by melee creatures |
The biggest threats against Torn and strong melee attack cards are cars with:
- Shield (lowering damage)
- Ranged attack
- Magic Attack
Due to his high health and shield ranged attacks can be nullified in the first round, but magic attacks hit damage health instantly.
The below abilities can be of great support:
![]() | Silence | Lowers magic damage by 1. It will take longer to kill Djinn Chwala with magic |
|---|---|---|
![]() | Heal | Restore the health lost by magic or other damage |
And where to use this card?
| Icon | Ruleset | Reason |
|---|---|---|
![]() | Armored Up | Provides extra defense against attackers, the torn ability would also remove the shield from melee attackers |
![]() | Earthquake | Due to his high amount of health and shield, this card will stay on foot for a long time in this ruleset |
![]() | Holy Protection | Provides extra defense against attackers, the torn ability would also remove the divine shield from melee attackers |
![]() | Melee Mayhem | In the first position Djinn Chwala could damage all melee attackers, who would take a swing on him |
![]() | Super Sneak | In the last position Djinn Chwala could damage all melee attackers, who would take a swing on him |
![]() | Up Close & Personal | In this ruleset you just can't get around Djinn Chwala, and the torn ability. Great choice! |

[FIGHT OVERVIEW]
Now lets check out a fight.
Ruleset:
- 42 Mana
- Life and Dragon allowed
- Fog of War and Up Close & Personal and ruleset
In this fight we can see the perfect ruleset combo. Only melee creatures can be used, so we can put Djinn Chwala on first position to take down the first tow creatures on the battlefield. Demoralize skill is a must in this ruleset, so disintegrator can't be forgotten here. Even if Chaos Knight would have been put on first place, and the Silvershield Knight was not on the scene, we could have won, because the Torn ability with the high shield and damage would have still killed Chaos Knight and Luminous Eagle.
Djinn Chwala was just won this fight!
