This weeks Share Your Battle Challenge card is one of the most expensive common cards from the new Chaos Legion pack. Let's look into why this is the case.

Deeplurker

Overview

It is no surprise, why this card cost $0.25 today and ties for the first place with Goblin Psychic in regular foil common Chaos legion cards. Though it is the most expensive Gold Foil card out there with $4.55.
Let's check out what we get for our money:
On level 1 we get 3 melee damage, 2 speed and 6 health for 6 mana. This is a high damage, high life card to start with and has even the Opportunity ability and attacks the creature with the lowest health in the enemy lines (unless taunt or camouflage applies).

6		Poison	Attacks have a chance to apply poison, which does automatic damage to the target at the beginning of each round after the poison is applied. Chance for Poison to get applied is 50 %
10		Demoralize	Reduces the Melee attack of all enemy Monsters by 1. Can't be decrease below 1

Now on level 10 this creature has a whooping 5 attack and 4 speed as well, and it is common. Whaaaat!

with the introduction on 1 mana cards, and Kelya Frendul this card became a highlight 16+ mana fights a few seasons ago, when a lot of 1 mana cards were put on the board to be used as meatshield and Deeplurker with Ice Pixie were in the back to slowly destroy the enemy team. Since then a lot has evolved, but it the card is still one of the most often used ones.

Let's get to synergies:

	Kelya Frendul	A synergy from the get go. Gives Deeplurker the much needed shield and even increases it's speed. Just the way we like it!
	Feasting Seaweed	Why not double the trouble. With a Feasting Seaweed 2 creatures will attach the same card in each round. This should always be a priority. In rare cases Parasitic Growth can also be used, but I usually leave it out do to it's low damage
	Demented Shark	1 more melee attack? Sign me up please!

Now lets check out this weeks fight.
Ruleset:

• 44 Mana
• Fire and Earth allowed
• Silenced Summoners and Explosive Weaponry rulesets

In this fight Deeplurker player was chosen for a double role to be a great tank, but also do a strong splash damage, with each hit.
I have set up a few magic users as well, to hit with blast behind shield as well, but my enemy did not shield up this round and played a lot of low health cards on the field, which made the victory that much easier.
