Yes, it is true indeed Guilds need to be upgraded as quickly as possible to get the DEC Multipliers. I am fortunate enough to be among the Top 10 Guilds and I know this for sure that contributing towards the guild will pay you back eventually.
Yeah, unfortunately there would be some 'passive players' 😓
But, Quest Lodge is fair, it adjust the difficulty according to the players current leagu. So, it would be still doable for low tier players as it for higher tier players
