No Need to do anything to win

what's up Splinter Player around the world how are you doing? I am sharing my battle this time in new format of battle challenge that discussion about how the battle going end without doing anything, i share my battle because this is connected with the ruleset battle mage challenge that is Up to Eleven that elevate the effect of the counter ability such as thorns,magic reflect,backfire. All monster units get amplify damage in this battle. But, sometimes bringing the monster that having that ability is very hard. connecting all the ruleset with units is not easy as that. And this time i am ignoring little bit this ruleset, but i will not let you down to read and watch the battle.


Up to Eleven ruleset description All units have the Amplify ability.
Use Thorns, Return Fire, and Magic Reflect to ensure your opponent suffers.
Basically when wanting to make this ruleset is useful in the battle we need to arrange monster that having ability like magic reflect, thorns,backfire and setting up monster unit like that is not easy either, especially when the combination ruleset is not met with our strategy, So you can ignore this ruleset but also you can ignite this ruleset at the same time.

Strategy Phase

As you can see in the picture above this battle have 3 ruleset that is Up to Eleven that means all monsters unit get amplify ability, the second ruleset is Equal Opportunity that means all monster units get opportunity ability, and the last ruleset is Earthquake that means all Non Flying units will got 2 damage each round and it will be broke the armor first when the monster unit have armor. The manacap that can be used in this battle is just 33 which is not to low but not to high too. Sounds average and pretty hard to arrange in this manacap. The element that can be used this time is Fire element, Water element, and Death element. The hardest part of this battle is Life element cannot be used, so Pelacor Conjurer that very fit in this battle is cannot be used. Also in these 3 element there is very rare monster that having counter attack ability such as backfire,thorns,especially magic reflect. But,lets see how i manage this one. You can see in the table below

This monster is fully suport itself especially when comes to magic defence, this monster having void ability that can compress magic damage taken, then this monster also having high health that combination with heal ability that can healing almost 4-5 Health per round, Dont forget the strengthen ability that can adding additional health to all team mates. The last but not least the slow will make opponent line up got speed debuffed and can make my entire team having chance to defeat opponent line up first | |
![]() | Buff Support | ![]() | Using Merdaali Guardian as a backup for healing my frontline tanker is not a bad ide, but this monster really vulnerable without attack and having very low health that can be targeting by opponent line up because having opportunity in ruleset Equal Opportunity but, yeah this monster also giving really nice buff whenever combined with Kelya that give 1 armor buff, and this monster will repair any damaged armor in every round. Also can healing frontline tanker and give all my team mates Additional health with strengthen ability. | |
![]() | Back Attacker | ![]() | Pelacor Bandit can holding on in Earthquake ruleset since this monster having flying ability and this monster can breaking down opponent from backliner so that opponent will need to divide the defence to frontline and backline. But somehow because this monster is just common monster i think it is hard to depend on this monster only. But to break opponent defence this monster is necessary to bring in this battle. | |
![]() | Attacker | ![]() | Deeplurker is one of my attacker because this monster is having demoralize ability that can make opponent melee monster will got debuffed by its ability. And this monster also having poison ability that can make have chance to give opponent poison affect after get touch by this monster. And since the ruleset is Equal Opportunity so yeah it will having same for everyone to hunting the lowest health in opponent line up. | |
![]() | Support | ![]() | This monster is pretty usefull sometimes especially when the ruleset is breaking the armor, this monster can repairing team mates armor to protect them from melee or range attack, and this monster cannot be touched before become in frontline because this monster having camouflage ability. And this monster also having slow ability that can make opponent line up be slower than my team mate. I think using this monster as a support is pretty usefull and hoping i can win with additional support like this | |
![]() | Backline Tanker and Attacker | ![]() | Placing Diemonshark in the backline is a must, because this monster having chance to countering opponent that having sneak ability that can make my backline destroyed if i am not guarding it. So thats why i am using Diemonshark in the backline. And this monster also having high speed and high Health so this monster can holding any opponent melee monster in this battle. With Equal Opportunity this monster can also attacking and hunting down opponent lowest health monster first and maybe when this monster can killed opponent monster will trigger trample ability. |
Thats it my strategy in this time, and yeah i am not using any monster that having counterattack ability like magic reflect, thorns,etc. because the limited of the choice, many monster that having such ability like that is in Life element and it cannot be used in this battle. And when using the monster that having such a thorns ability like Cursed Windeku in Death element it will be having low chance to win the battle. And sometimes you give up the ruleset and still arranging the best monster that fit in the other ruleset is pretty important too.

Battlephase

Okay this time i am encountered with Legendary Summoner in Water element called Possibilus THe Wise and this summoner ability giving opponent monster reach ability and trample ability. that will be hard to defeat opponent line up this time. hopefully opponent blunder arranging the strategy for their line up. Lets see how the battle going
Round 1

As usual both parties got buff and debuff from both summoners and monsters.
In this case my team got
- 1 Speed buff from my summoner Kelya Frendul ability
- 1 Armor buff from my summoner Kelya Frendul ability
- 2 Health buff from my Baakjira and Merdaali Guardian ability Strengthen
- 2 Armor debuff from opponent Noa The Just ability Rust
In opponent line up got - 3 Health buff from opponent summoner Possibilus The Wise and Merdaali Guardian
- Trample and Reach ability from opponent summoner Possibilus The Wise
- 2 Speed Debuff from my Baakjira and Scavo Hireling ability Slow
- 1 Melee attack debuff from my Deeplurker ability Demoralize
Okay after looking that opponent more slower than my team, it supposed that opponent will having high chance to miss the attack since the speed is far slower than my team,but you can see how the RNG is working differently in this battle. Thats why every content i always speak to fix this shit.Okay lets see how the battle going, after buff and debuffed done , then the battle started, the first attacker comes from my Pelacor Bandit attacking opponent Noa The Just. and then my Diemonshark attacking opponent Torrent Fiend following by my Deeplurker attacking Torrent Fiend too and defeated it. Then opponent Coastal Sentry hunting my Merdaali Guardian and missing one of the attack. Okay this is good that one of the attack missing. And the last is opponent Diemonshark attacking my Baakjira and opponent Merdaali Guardian fixing Noa The Just armor.
Round 2

Round 2 starting by Earthquake damage and give 2 damage to all Non Flying monster units. and it makes my Merdaali Guardian fainted. After that my Pelacor Bandit first strike to opponent Noa The Justand break the armor that got repaired by opponent Merdaali Guardian. and following by my Scavo Hireling repairing my Diemonshark armor. then my Diemonshark attacking opponent Merdaali Guardian and got finished by my Deeplurker attack and defeated opponent Merdaali Guardian. Here, the odds one, Opponent Coastal Sentry with having 4 speed different and my Pelacor Bandit having Flying ability. But the opponent Coastal Sentry did not miss at all. It is very odd and strange. Why the RNG is like that? total Chance to miss is 60% opponent should be missing attacking my Pelacor Bandit right? but how can opponent always succed like that, in the contrary if i am using the same monster it will be missing all the attack. And please come on Dev, fix this thing up. it really cost me a lot, not only time but my mental too.
and because opponent Coastal Sentry succed defeated my Pelacor Conjurer the trample ability activated and still can hit my Deeplurker even though 20% chance missing the attack. then this round finishing from opponent Diemonshark attacking my Baakjira.
Round 3

Same as the last round in early round the Earthquake ruleset giving all non Flying monster units 2 damage. And it make both parties all monster left got damage. After my Pelacor Conjurer dainted the first attacker this time goes to my Diemonshark that attacking opponent Chaos Agent and succeded defeated it and activated my Diemonshark trample ability and succeded attacking opponent Noa The Just. after that following by my Deeplurker that defeated opponent Noa The Just and make my Armor back in place.Then opponent Coastal Sentry defeated my Deeplurker and the trample attack was missing. and the second attack succed attacking my Diemonshark and i know it, the retaliate will be graved deep down and not activate while in my team, i know that my luck is very bad in this game. Then the last opponent Diemonshark attacking my Baakjira.And Baakjira is pretty strong in this ruleset, it will never get close to defeated because Baakjira can healing itself.
Round 4

Still the Earthquake ruleset gives 2 Damage in early round and this time it is just break my armor. After that my Diemonshark attacking opponent Coastal Sentry, and then Coastal Sentry attacking my Diemonshark. And once again the odds coming. First, retaliate did not showing u even though the chance is 50% the second after my Diemonshark got hit the speed difference is like 5 and that make 50% chance opponent miss, but it will never happened maybe i need make it 10000 different to make opponent missing the attack. meanwhile when my monster is just 1 speed different can missing opponent monster. But this round closed by opponent Diemonshark Attacking my Baakjira.
Round 5

Same with the last round 2 Damage to all Non Flying Monster due the Earthquake ruleset. And this time my Diemonshark defeat opponent Coastal Sentry. and my Scavo Hireling repairing my Diemonshark armor, so it will hold Earthquake damage in the next round. Then opponent Diemonshark attacking my Baakjira and my Baakjira can survive this time.
Round 6

After got 2 damage due the Earthquake my Scavo Hireling got fainted and the good news is opponent Diemonshark is leaving wounded and my Diemonshark is still standing thats make i still having chance winning by attacking opponent Diemonshark and if opponent active Retaliate it will pretty useless too at least my damage got hit and i will leave the rest to Earthquake damage since my Baakjira still can holding the amount of opponent Diemonshark attack with healing ability. With leaving just 2 Health for opponent Diemonshark, it will absolutely make Diemonshark defeated within next round due the Earthquake Damage.
Round 7

yeah as i predict in this round both Diemonshark fainted..lol.. Due the Earthquake damage and make my Baakjira as a last man standing in this round. Thats why i can say that Baakjira is still having the title that one of the strongest tank in this splinterlands universe.

Conclution
As long as i know, sometimes we need to think outside the box and not depends on the ruleset. Even though sometimes the ruleset is like the chain that we need to make it as a advantage to our line up, but sometimes we need to break the chain and make the new arrangement that not depends on the ruleset, like this battle, if i insisting to using monster that having thorns or magic reflect or Backfire, it will make me lose, especially you can look the 5 speed different is not make opponent missing the attack, and it will be useless if i am using monster that having backfire ability. because it still to make opponent miss the attack. and if using thorns ability, there is just one monster that having thorns ability in chaos edition that is Cursed Windeku, but, compared arranging with Water element, i think it still better using Water element than using Death element. Because in Death element the HP of Death monster element is not pretty good too, that will make my line up got easily defeated. Thats why i am just igonring the ruleset. The learn that i want to give you guys, never underestimated the ruleset, but also, sometimes you need to working out the line up outside the ruleset, or it will make backfire for your team and make losing the battle. And for the dev come on, what the fuck with the RNG,60% miss,is not missing, but only 10% miss, it like 100% miss. what the fuck with that. And in the end i can say you still can win using just Rare summoner but it back again based on how utilize the arranging of the line up and combined with the ruleset.
