what's up Splinter Player around the world how are you doing? I want to share my battle using my own account and this time i am upgrading playing in Gold Modern Format League. And in this content i will sharing that this time i am using fast attacker in Explosive Weaponry ruleset that will suppressed the blast effect by Venator Kinjo with Reflection Shield ability. And this time my strategy is named Lazy Strategy with using all monster that give speed buff and speed debuff to opponent line up without calculating the attack and the health. Maybe i was sleepy at that time so i just thinking that the fast the better. And dont know if this strategy can work or not in this ruleset battle. Lets see my strategy and the battle shall we

Okay since you guys know that the ruleset is Broken Arrows lets knowing this ruleset a little bit deeper.This ruleset description is

All units gain the Blast ability.Additional damage is equivalent to main damage divided by 2, rounded up.Include a unit with Reflection Shield in your lineup to absorb blast damage and protect your back line.

So, this ruleset will make all the monster units having blast ability, and you can avoid the blast damage by using Reflection Shield ability that monster have. Usually many people will using Tide Bitter combined with water element or using Corsair Bosun with Life element. But this time i using Venator Kinjo in Neutral element. So, lets see how i am arrange the team line up right now.

Strategy Phase

As you can see in the picture above this battle have 2 ruleset only. The first one is Lost Magic that means both players cannot using Magic type attack monster. And the second is Explosive Weaponry that means all monster will having blast ability. The manacap in this battle is just 35 manacap which is a little below the average but seems okay. And the only element that cannot be used is Water element. So, there are many choices in this battle. And since i am using my own acount and i am renting player. So, this time i am renting just Lux Vega only for the summoner and all the monster element. And yeah with Lux Vega as summoner you can see my strategy in the table below

Summoner+1 Speed +1 Armor +1 HealthI am using this summoner card because it will be super provident to my economic in this game because i just need this summoner to cover all the element. And this summoner is really overpowered sometimes. Thats why renting this summoners is pretty good. But if the other legendary rental is cheaper i think renting chaos edition legendary summoner is also important.
Frontline Tanker I am using Curded Windeku just because this monster having heal and having slow ability that can make opponent line up will be slower than my team And this monster is pretty fit to be a frontliner tanker because having huge amount of health and have thorns ability that can gives back damage to opponent melee monster attack.
Second Liner Defend I am using Venator Kinjo in this battle because this monster is really great monster because this monster having much ability and just costing 2 manacap. And for the Explosive Weaponry ruleset with gives all monster blast ability this monster is pretty helpfull with reflection shield ability. And also this monster cannot be defeated until reaching in frontline or using scattershot ability due the camouflage ability. Immunity also make this monster is strong cannot get debuff or any effect from opponent ability and combination with Cursed Windeku is pretty good because of the amplify. Either opponent miss due Double Slow from Cursed Windeku and this monster or got thorns damage with amplify.
Debuff Attacker I am using this monster because this monster will debuffing any range monster attack on opponent side with headwind ability. Also this monster can attack in frontline even though this monster is range attack type monster with ability called Close Range. And if opponent using range attack monster and hitting this monster it will get back damage with return fire ability. And 2 slow is not enough so i am using this monster because of the slow ability too. So, the opponent will having 3 speed debuff.
Buff Attacker I am using this monster because yeah this monster having swiftness ability that can make my team faster. And strengthen ability to adding more health to my line up team. And if combined with my Summoner Lux Vega it will be added 2 speed and 3 slow for opponent team line up. Really i challenge the RNG this time.
Buff Attacker I am using Lira the Dark because this monster also having ability that adding speed to my line up with swiftness ability. Also this monster having opportunity ability that can hunting down the lowest opponent line up with the lowest health. And if opponent using monster that have flying ability it will be grounded by snare ability.

So, the total of my added speed buff is 3 speed 1 from summoner and 2 from monsters, and 3 debuff speed for opponent line up. I dont know if this strategy dont function i think dev really should repair the RNG of this game. It is really weird. But, if opponent can read my strategy and outcoming my speed, yeah maybe they using helper. Since my strategy is not called strategy just some sleepy man and lazy man just forcing speed above all to defeat opponent faster. So, lets see how the battle going.

So, this time i am encountered player that using Lili Shieldpaw as a summoner. I dont really knowing well how to using Lili Shieldpaw in battle. Hopefully i can learning with this game. So, opponent does not challenge my team speed. I think i will win in terms of speed.

Round 1 Part 1

As usual in round 1 both parties got buff and debuff from both summoners and monsters. This time my team got

  • 1 Speed, Health, and Armor buff from my summoner Lux Vega
  • 1 Speed Buff from my Supply Runner ability Swiftness
  • 1 Health Buff from my Supply Runner ability Strengthen
  • 1 Speed Buff from my Lira The Dark ability Swiftness

In opponent team got

  • Camouflage ability from opponent Summoner Lili Shieldpaw
  • 1 Speed buff from opponent Naga Assassins ability Swiftness
  • 1 Speed debuff from my Cursed Windeku ability Slow
  • 1 Speed debuff from my Venator Kinjo ability Slow
  • 1 Speed debuff from my Queen of Crow ability Slow

So in this battle i see that opponent still utilize the martyr ability from Venari Marksrat and gives to Runic Skyclaw that having reflection ability also with flying ability, so the chance of missing is bigger. And the rest is just using normal range monster.So, lets see. After buff and debuff part then the battle started and the first attacker goes to my Lira The Dark automatically attacking opponent frontline due the camouflage ability. And grounded opponent Pelacor Conjurer this time. And without flying ability, i think i cannot miss any attack right now since my team speed is faster than opponent Pelacor Conjurer.

Round 1 Part 2

In part 2 the battle continue after my Lira the Dark make opponent Pelacor Conjurer to be grounded with snare ability. Then my Supply Runner attacking Pelacor Conjurer and gives blast damage to opponent Venari Marksrat and then my Queen of Crow defeated opponent Venari Marksrat with blast damage and activate opponent Venari Marksrat martyr ability make Pelacor Conjurer got buff and opponent Runic Skyclaw got buff too. Then my Cursed Windeku attacking Pelacor Conjurer and yet still cannot defeated it and the blast attack is not affected to opponent Runic Skyclaw due the reflection shield ability. Then opponent Runic Skyclaw attacking my Queen of crow and gives blast damage to my Supply Runner and break the armor. Then opponent Naga Assassins attacking my Cursed Windeku and the blast damage not taking effect to Venator Kinjo, then opponent War Pegasus missing attacking my Cursed Windeku, also opponent Venari Crystalsmith missing attacking my Cursed Windeku so it just healing opponent Pelacor Conjurer.

Round 2

I think utilize the maximum speed for buff and Slow effect for Debuff is not bad strategy i think. In this round the first attacker goes to my Lira The Dark that defeated opponent Pelacor Conjurer and the blast effect make opponent Runic Skyclaw grounded by snare ability. And then following by my Supply Runner attacking opponent Runic Skyclaw and just hit the armor. But the blast hitting opponent Naga Assassins. Then my Queen of Crow broke opponent Runic Skyclaw armor and hit Naga Assassins too. Then my Cursed Windeku attacking Runic Skyclaw and hit the Naga Assassins too, but too bad that still not enough to defeat both of them. And then the opponent turn right now the first is Naga Assassins hit my Cursed Windeku and then opponent War Pegasus hitting my Cursed Windeku and then opponent Venari Crystalsmith healing Runic Skyclaw and missing attacking my Cursed Windeku.

Round 3

I think i can win this battle especially when opponent Runic Skyclaw defeated, it will be easier to defeated the rest since my frontline tanker still alive and got backed by healing ability. In this turn the first attacker still my Lira attacking Runic Skyclaw and still leaving 2 health same with Naga Assassins still leaving 1 health due the triage ability from opponent Lili Shieldpaw ability that healing Naga Assassins. Then my Supply Runner defeated both Runic Skyclaw and Naga Assassins by the blast attack. Then Queen of Crow attacking opponent War Pegasus and gives blast attack to Venari Crystalsmith. Then my Cursed Windeku healing himself and yeah thats my RNG very normaly weirdos, imagine my Cursed Windeku can missing attacking War Pegasus. Then opponent Venari Crystalsmith healing War Pegasus and missing attacking my Cursed Windeku.

Round 4

By looking opponent line up i think i can win this battle. Still my Cursed Windeku alive and almost having full health. And this round the first attacker goes to Lira attacking War Pegasus, then following by my Supply Runner attacking War pegasus and then my Queen of Crow attacking War Pegasus too. But still cannot defeated both of them, and finally my Cursed Windeku ended this battle by defeated War Pegasus also Venari Crystalsmith too due the blast effect. And yeah this time my sleepy strategy can work in this battle. So, i think the speed can win in the Explosive Weaponry ruleset battle.

Conclution

So after experincing this battle, i realized that in Explosive Weaponry ruleset when we using speed factor that can defeated opponent fast it can make us be the winner. But, if the opponent using both second liner and 6th liner monster that having reflection shield ability, it will be very hard to defeat the opponent. But, once again the combination of the ability and the status is very needed. In this battle i am fortunate enough that opponent did not bringing any monster that focused to my Frontline tanker so, the damage intake is still lower than my Cursed Windeku heal ability. Thats why my Cursed Windeku can holding much longer. And combination speed buff and debuff somehow can be very good too. Maybe i can trying some speed play in another ruleset.
