what's up Splinter Player around the world how are you doing? I want to share my battle using my scholar account so that mean the battle is in Diamond Modern Format League. And in this content i will sharing using Weapon Training ability in Equal Opportunity ruleset. And this time using Magic Type attack Weapon Training method. But, before looking how i arranging this ability. Let knowing deeper about the ruleset.

Okay since you guys know that the ruleset is Broken Arrows lets knowing this ruleset a little bit deeper.This ruleset description is

All units gain the opportunity ability which allows them to attack the unit with the lowest health on the enemy team.

So this ruleset will make all units monster will having Opportunity ability that can hunting down the lowest Health on opponent line up. That will make player think harder to arrange the line up and make sure that the lowest health will be attacked first without give advantage to adjacent units. But, usually player will using taunt monster to avoid the lowest health monster units get hunted down first. So lets see how i arranged my team in this ruleset shall we

Strategy Phase

As you can see in the picture above this battle have 3 ruleset, the first ruleset is Earthquake that means all non Flying units will get 2 damage each turn and it will hit armor first. The second ruleset is Equalizer that means all monster will having maximum health equal with the highest health based on the highest health in battle board and the last but not least ruleset is Equal Opportunity that means all monster will having opportunity ability. The manacap that can be used in this battle is 54 that is pretty well enough. And Element that can be used in this battle is Water, Earth, and Death element. So, i think many people will using either Water element or Earth element with Immortalis. I dont know for sure because the Earthquake ruleset will make player confused what element having the best monster units to combine with all the ruleset. And this time i am choosing Death Element. You can see my line up in the table below

Summoner-2 Armor Dodge ability ResurrectThis time i am using Death element because there is Usut the Legendary Soulbound edition card that have Flying ability and many monster having flying ability too, also there is having Lira The Dark that having snare ability to make opponent flying monster will be in the ground again. And if opponent using melee or range monster it will decrease the accuracy by 15% due the Dodge ability that this summoner give.
Frontline Tanker I am using this monster because this monster having pretty good ability and the main reason is this monster having flying ability that will unaffect to Earthquake ruleset and this monster also having thorns ability that can give back damage for melee monster. And because of the Equalizer ruleset this monster health will following the highest health in the battlefield.
Magic Tanker Okay since the summoner that i used is Astral Entity that will make my line up will be super vulnerable to opponent magic type attack, thats why i still need to bringing magic tanker for my team line up. And i think Djinn Muirat is very suitable as the magic tanker because having pretty complex ability that can hold magic type attack. Having Void armor will make opponent magic attack hit the armor first before direct to health and this monster also having Magic Reflect ability.
Tanker Attacker I am using this monster because this monster is flying ability that will immune to Earthquake ruleset and this monster also having No attack units that will be good for get Weapon Training ability. Also the Weaken ability is quite good to make opponent loses 1 max health.
Support Attacker I am using this legendary soulbound units because this monster is having weapons training ability that will gives adjacent units magic type attack. Also this monster having Fury ability that can double the attack to opponent that having taunt ability. And the last this monster is having resurrect ability that can make one of my monster line up alive again.
Tanker Attacker I am using this monster because this monster is having pretty good ability. Flying ability will make this monster immune to Earthquake ruleset and this monster also get magic type attack from Skok Duskblight with weapons training ability. And with Scavenger ability this monster will get additional max health everytime any monster die. That will be a great tanker. Also with Backfire ability it will make opponent range or melee attack will get back damage after missing attacking this monster. And Headwinds ability will decrease opponent range monster type attack.
Attacker This legendary soulbound monster edition is my main attacker that can adding status if killed opponent line up but in Equalizer ruleset it will be very hard to make this monster get chance to killed opponent due this monster speed is very low. And using this monster in this ruleset is pretty good because having flying ability and having heal ability. That will make this monster hold more longer than other monster especially when opponent using sneak attack.

So, this is my line up using weapons training ability in this battle, i think it will be good since there cannot using Earth element that having Immortalis as summoner that can beat magic damage. I am hoping this line up can be work in this ruleset.Lets go to the battlephase then and look what happened in this battle

This time i am encountered with player that i am suspect using battle helper. But, i dont know preciely that this player using it or not. Since the player is really really good when encountered with me but the rating is not going up, just stable in there. And this time the opponent using Lux Vega as summoner which is this summoner is pretty good. So, lets see how the battle going from round 1

Round 1

As usual in round 1 both parties got buff and debuff from both summoners and monsters.
In my team got

  • Dodge ability from my summoner Astral Entity ability
  • Will-O-Wisp and Riftwing got 2 magc attack from Skuk Duskblight ability Weapons Training
  • 1 Speed Debuff from opponent Baakjira ability Slow
  • 1 Melee Attack Debuff from opponent Deep Lurker ability Demoralize

In opponent Team got

  • 1 Speed 1 Armor 1 Health buff from opponent Summoners Lux Vega ability
  • 2 Armor debuff from my Summoner Astral Entity
  • 1 Health Debuff from my Will-O-Wisp ability Weaken
  • 1 Range attack Debuff from my Riftwing ability Headwind

After buff and debuff stuff the battle started and the first attacker is Opponent Coastal Sentry that attacking my Ever-Hungry Skull and just hit once and got thorns damage afterwards, then opponent Kulu Mastermind attacking Every-Hungry Skull too but missed the attack. Then Deeplurker break Ever-Hungry Skull armor and got thorns damage. After that Runemancer Kye attacking and leeching the Health from Ever-Hungry Skull, so that make Runemancer Kye life be 19 now. Then it is my turn now, my Riftwing attacking Deeplurker since Deeplurker having the lowest Health right now.Then Will-O-Wisp attacking Deeplurker too. Then opponent Baakjira missing attacking my Hungry-Ever Skull following by opponent Dumackle Orc hit Hungry-Ever Skull and got thorns damage but just break the armor. Then this time my Hungry-Ever Skull attacking Dumackle Orc and just hit the armor and got thorns damage. Following by my Djinn Muirat,Skok Duskblight,also Usut attacking Deeplurker and leaving 4 health remain.

Round 2

In Round 2 before the battle started Earthquake will hit any Non Flying ability monster unit and in this battle All opponent line up got 2 damage except Runemancer Kye and in my line up the only got hit by Earthquake is Djinn Muirat and Skuk Duskblight only. Then the first attacker goes to opponent Coastal Sentry the first attack is missing and the second attack hit and Coastal Sentry got Thorns damage. Then both opponent Kulu Mastermind and Deeplurker missing attacking my Hungry-Ever Skull, Then opponent Runemancer Kye defeated my Hungry-Ever Skull while sucking the health and then Hungry-Ever Skull got resurrected by Skuk Duskblight Then my Riftwing defeating Deeplurker and after Deeplurker death make my Riftwing maximum health increase to be 18. Then my Will-O-Wisp attacking Coastal Sentry since Coastal Sentry having the lowest health right now. Then opponent both opponent Baakjira and Dumackle Orc missing attacking my Ever-Hungry Skull. Then my Djinn Muirat attacking Coastal Sentry and activate the Giant Killer ability make 6 damage to Coastal Sentry since Coastal Sentry have 10 manacost. Then combination attack from Usut and Skok Duskblight cannot defeat Coastal Sentry this round.

Round 3

Before starting the battle the Earthquake effect will damaging non Flying Units first. And Coastal Sentry got fainted due the Earthquake this round and make my Riftwing max health will be 20. The first attacker is Kulu Mastermind missing attacking Ever-Hungry Skull then got defeated once again by Runemancer Kye while sucking the health and after my Hungry Ever Skull die my Riftwing adding health with Scavenger ability. Then Ever-Hungry Skull got risen again by Astral Entity ability Resurrect. Then my Riftwing and Will-O-Wisp attacking Baakjira and got nothing because Baakjira healing himself and then both Baakjira and Dumackle Orc once again missing attacking my Ever-Hungry Skull. This time the RNG is really fair. After Baakjira healing himself it make Djinn Muirat change the target to be Kulu Mastermind. Following by Usut and Skuk Duskblight attacking Kulu Mastermind this round.

Round 4

Still every round got Earthquake damage and this time no monster die because of the Earthquake. The first attacker is Kulu Mastermind but missing the attack. Then Runemancer Kye finally kill my Ever-Hungry Skull this time will sucking the health and it will amke Runemancer Kye health be 22 this round. Then my Riftwing and Will-O-Wisp attacking Kulu Mastermind. Then Bakkjira missing attacking Skok Duskblight. Then Dumackle Ocr attacking my Djinn Muirat. Then countering my Djinn Muirat attacking Dumackle Orc. After that my Usut atacking Kulu Mastermind.And then my Skok Duskblight defeated Kulu Mastermind. Why usut attacking first why????? From this round i this the battle still balancing, it still be hard defeated opponent Runemancer Kye and in my Line up still having Usut that can heal everyturn.

Round 5

And in this round the Earthquake effect still going on and no monster died in this round. Then the first attacker goes to Runemancer Kye attacking Djinn Muirat and got magic reflected. Then My Riftwing and Will-O-Wisp attacking Dumackle Orc. And then combination of Baakjira and Dumackle Orc defeated my Djinn Muirat. And adding my Riftwing health due the Scavenger. Then the last is my Skok Duskblight and Usut attacking Dumackle Orc.

Round 6

Still in round 6 since there are non Flying monster in battlefield it will make the Earthquake effect still happened. And this time no one died due the Earthquake. The first attacker goes to Runemancer Kye attacking my Skok Duskblight since now Skok Duskblight is the lowest health in my line up. Then my Riftwing and WIll-O-WIsp attacking Dumackle Orc and then Baakjira defeated my Skok Duskblight.Then Dumackle Orc missing attacking my WIll-O-Wisp and the last is Usut defeated Dumackle Orc and activated the bloodlust effect.

Round 7-8

In round 7 still the Earthquake active due the Baakjira. And then Runemancer Kye sucking my Will-O-Wisp health this time and then my Riftwing, Will-O-Wisp, and Usut attacking Baakjira but the health is too big and having Void ability make hard to defeated it especially having heal too.

In round 8 still repeating the same in round 7 but this time the calculating of Baakjira heal with the total damage is still my Total Damage higher than the heal, i think i can win this battle except my Will-O-Wisp die first.

Round 8-10

In round 9 still the Earthquake active due the Baakjira still alive and then still same with round 7 and this will be repeating until round 10 and Runemancer Kye max health increase rapidly and fortunately Baakjira missing all the attack that make my Will-O-Wisp can hold longer.

Round 11-12

In Round 11 my Will-O-Wisp finally defeated by opponent Runemancer Kye and in this round that will make the different. Due the riftwing backfire ability it will make Baakjira will easily defeated especially the Astral Entity gives Dodge ability combined with flying ability. It will make Baakjira hardly to attacking Riftwing. and the backfire will adding more damage to Baakjira.

Round 13-14

In round 13 my team still cannot defeated Baakjira even though got backfire damage. But in round 14 finally opponent Baakjira got defeated by my Riftwing. And thankfully that my Usut max health is lower than Riftwing that will make opponent Runemancer Kye targeting Usut and since Usut have heal ability it will be okay for the moment.

Round 15-20

From round 15 until round 20 the battle still repeating the same form since the maximum health of Runemancer Kye is very high and touching 30 + health. And it will be hard to decreasing the health. I am hoping that my Riftwing can hold much longer until Runemancer Kye health below 10.

Round 21-end

Starting round 20 the monster will be exhausted and get fatigue damage and this will be repeating until one of the monster died. And fortunately my usut have healing ability that will make my Usut can holding longer than opponent Runemancer Kye. And it still need to wait until round 25 until opponent Runemancer Kye defeated.

This battle is very very long but i think the weapons trainings is pretty cool actually. Especialy having Usut that level 3 or above. Because Usut will having heal ability that can holding more longer in battlefield. And once activated the bloodlust it will be more terrifying.

Conclution

After experiencing this battle i can say that weapons training ability is such a badass ability that can make opponent will losing the control of calculating the total attack to the team. But, somehow calculating using Weapons Training is really hard especially when the ruleset is not supported at all. In this battle i think the ruleset is very support to my team using Weapon Training thats why i can win this battle. In Equal opportunity really you should calculating the placing in your line up because the lowest health monster from front will be attacked first. So if you have wrong placement it can be done for your team line up.
