Ah, okay. I went ahead and bought 5 packs, but I haven't opened them yet.
That will be 100 cards. There are 20 in each.

No, please look at the images of this very post! They do give boosts to the existing resources as of right now.
Sorry, I had crappy service all weekend, so I wasn't paying as much attention as I should. Then I got home and I just aped into buying some packs. I'll check it out again.
