The SL curation of L1 useless battles are probably the bigger problem, I will see what can be done about that, but not an easy thing to fix or even address.

Rentals of L1 neutral is legitimate. It’s a supply demand thing. I can just open a few hundreds of packs and flood the market with L1 neutrals and the problem will be mitigated. I have thousands of unopened CL packs so does many others.
