Dinero Juegos - Winning Together.

The Dinero Juegos guilds are built around community, engagement, progress and having fun!
We have no required fees - Simply to be active and take it seriously, though we've created several ways to contribute beyond traditional DEC contributions.

We're players who love the game, the community, blockchain and making some profit when we can. Players from all around the world are welcome, and we support English and Spanish!
Currently, there are 2 guilds, with the β guild being for Bronze-Silver players, and α guild being silver+. However, both guilds share the same Discord, community page, and benefits from @dinerobot !

While we're hoping to spread deeper into Splinterlands community overall, at heart we are simply a couple English / Spanish guilds on Splinterlands. Hoping to climb to rank 1 Spanish Guild, engage as a community, and grow as a team.

Progress on goals, plans going forward:

In the last couple months we've made huge progress, especially last month. Even the first few days of may we hit some milestones.
Mainly, we have expanded to a second guild and refined a lot of existing things. Our discord was completely reworked to include more info, be more accessible and work for our future goals.

With the second guild, we do still have several places open for new players even at this time. This has been an exciting step, and we have the funds and ability to start running regular private and public Splinterlands tournaments once the guilds are filled up.

In addition to some building milestones, we created our Curated Content Page, and various resources to recruit new players. Mainly, I created a Link Tree for our new google form guild application, and future links.

We've dipped our toes into SOL giveaways recently, since I work in the SOL nft industry it is accessible for me and I wouldn't mind expanding into a metaguild format with hand-picked games for our members. However, Splinterlands is always #1 and we still need to make much more progress here.

We had a few players quit or go inactive for long, but we also had a handful of new players. It's always sad to see some older players leave after the months with them, but it's also great to see new faces as well!

We have welcomed @mrluke806 as our first Guild Officer, and we're looking for 2 Officers for our second guild and 1 more officer for our main guild as we build up. They act as general mods, and help with team decisions and events.

Our main mods @tdismorfic, @maggotmilk and @bigfungus have put a lot into the guilds and a lot of time and effort into our community and the splinterlands game. I thank the 3 of you for working with me so much to make this possible. ❤️

Our future goals for the next few months:

• Fill all 33 spots available among our guilds.
• Begin private Dinero Juegos tournaments with (at the least) SBT, SPS prizes.
• Begin work on arranging for regular public tournaments for lower ranked players
• Reach level 3 Shop on primary guild, reach level 1 Arena on second guild.
• Build the stash in community wallet, get @dinerobot to 100HP and 100K SPT (Staked or delegated to)
• Seek solutions to sustainably collect revenue for the guild aside from custom tokens (Currently have Dinerobot, treasury investments, and upcoming public tourneys)

Progreso en las metas, planes para el futuro:

En los últimos dos meses hemos hecho un gran progreso, especialmente el mes pasado. Incluso los primeros días de mayo alcanzamos algunos hitos.
Principalmente, nos hemos expandido a un segundo clan y refinado muchas cosas existentes. Nuestro Discord se modificó por completo para incluir más información, ser más accesible y trabajar para nuestros objetivos futuros.

Le hemos dado la bienvenida a @mrluke806 como nuestro primer oficial del gremio, y estamos buscando 2 oficiales para nuestro segundo gremio y 1 oficial más para nuestro clan principal a medida que avanzamos. Actúan como moderadores generales y ayudan con las decisiones y eventos del equipo.

Nuestros mods principales @tdismorfic, @maggotmilk y @bigfungus han invertido mucho en los clanes y mucho tiempo y esfuerzo en nuestra comunidad y el juego splinterlands. Les agradezco a los 3 por trabajar conmigo tanto para hacer esto posible. ❤️
