I'm good as long as it goes up I have a few Apts I invested in sell I owned like 1.5 percent of complexes which one just sold at 38 percent ire and the other had a small fire so delayed sale now but ill get it soon and one is returning all capital in one year so ill get it back and still own the thing and rents Inc 400 a unit which is huge adds millions in value lol plus I had debt on it to so my roi is double so 72 and 4.4 equity multiple in 2-3 years and ill have the other assets debt free to re leverage or prob plow more in splinterlands should be getting sale 1 July 15 that closed and is done deal so got at least 60k from that one then 90 and 10 coming in as well as 20-30 in reits and a vc private company fund I'm going to sell. Pretty much half my shit will be in this lol. I am just in a spot can't see how it really fails long term and ppl who stay and play get land validator's etc will make some serious loot when prices likely rise.
