Just what happens got lucky I got most of my original SPS from my partipation in a investment round in 2019 so now I get equity and have significant stakes in SPS and SPT and have some land will be adding and likely 10-100 validators I hope getting some large investment pay outs so putting it to work say 50% Real estate - 50K tax lein fund , 20K into a deal on Holdfolio a investment platform I use to invest in real estate so far my returns have been amazing with a great tax sheild one has given back 38% IRR to investors and I leveraged it so I get 72% lol the other is even better at 40% plus so like 80% and the other 50K plus 40K total 90L will goto first pay a few of my LOCs off one for 15K, another 11K at wells fargo and 10K at discover and that is is for the personal lines but the business lines are getting 13% int only just keeping those and using them to purchase assets also knock of a bit by billing my self get a new 4% back. Once the 40K pays the soon to be high rate interest cards which also will bring my credit score back to 725-760 which will send me new offers of 1,500 for opening cards plus 12-21 interest free and cylce starts again free money plus no interest lol. But will add the other 50K into Ichan Enterprises LP for about 1000-1200 units which will give me 8000 to 9600 per year in distributions and will increase my holdings as much as possible will be doing a few side hustles to raise extra capital to invest in the markets in a few select investments like IEP.
