Hello friends from the @splinterlands community, I come to share with you my entry to the contest number 269 with my version of ELECTRIC EELS, a water element card, it caught my attention because although they are electric eels I wanted to give them a more ferocious version with a of predator, the result was these eels that no one would want to mess with with big jaws and teeth, I hope you like my work, below I will show you the steps I took.

• Hola amigos de la comunidad de @splinterlands vengo a compartir con ustedes mi entrada al concurso numero 268 con mi versión de ELECTRIC EELS una carta de elemento agua, me llamo la atención ya que aunque son anguilas eléctricas quise darles una versión mas feroces con un aspecto de depredador, el resultado fue este unas anguilas con quien nadie quisiera meterse con grandes mandíbulas y dientes, espero les guste mi trabajo , a continuación les mostrare los pasos que realice.

PROCESS

STEP 1: Sketch and lineart, in the first layer I made the sketch as a first step, based on the art on the card I noticed that there are three eels so I wanted to make the same amount but it occurred to me to make them a little more predatory by drawing more jaws larger than normal, once I made the sketch I proceeded to clean the lines to add an all black color to the lines so that a clean result would remain.

• PASO 1 : Boceto y lineart , en la primera capa realice el boceto como primer paso, basándome en el arte de la carta note que son tres anguilas así que quise hacer la misma cantidad pero se me ocurrió hacerlas un poco mas depredadoras dibujando unas mandíbulas mas grandes de lo normal, una vez echo el boceto procedí a limpiar las líneas para agregar un todo de color negro a las líneas para que quedara un resultado limpio.

STEP 2: Shadow, color, on another layer I began to add the base colors of the drawing based on those of the card so as not to lose the context of the drawing, then I continued to add more details to give more volume to the drawing.

• PASO 2 : Sombra , color, en otra capa comencé a agregar los colores base del dibujo basándome en los de la carta para no perder en contexto del dibujo, luego proseguí a agregar mas detalles para dar mas volumen al dibujo.

On another layer, make more details by adding some lighter tones and then draw the electricity that makes the eels electric. When drawing the electricity, use a technique that allows the lines to look like neon or lightning in this case.

• En otra capa realice mas detalles agregando algunos tonos mas claros para luego dibujar la electricidad que hace que las anguilas sean eléctricas, al dibujar las electricidad use una técnica que permite que las líneas se vean como un neón o como un rayo en este caso.

Finally, I added a background that would counteract the colors of the eels so that they would stand out as well as the electric rays that give a good effect. I really liked the result of this drawing since when I saw the letter I knew what I wanted to do and draw what I had. in mind, I hope you like my work and I'll see you in a next post.

• Para finalizar agregue fondo que contrarrestara con los colores de las anguilas para que resaltaran así como los rayos eléctricos que dan un buen efecto, me gusto mucho el resultado de este dibujo ya que al ver la carta supe lo que queria hacer y dibujar lo que tenia en mente, espero les guste mi trabajo y nos leemos en un próximo post.
