We Need You

I am going to start this post with a request from you our community.

Running a community and projects takes a lot of work and the We Are Alive Tribe is essentially a decentralised community this is the goal.

A decentralised community that supports it's members personal and financial goals.

Our Core Team

As well as myself obviously

@stdd

This core team shares the keys to all project accounts with a level of trust between us all keeping the the accounts secure and under no one persons control.

Decentralised in this way allows us to spread responsibility with us all able to access and make change needed in a secure way.

No one in our core team is is doing this for themselves we are essentially in your service with borniet securing most of our coding, practical automation and bots.

While @tydynrain is working tirelessly to increase the community assets and management in our pools.

We have the lovely @iamraincrystal running the @aliveandthriving project as she has done for many years as one of the first people that the creator of the We Are Alive Tribe @flaxz had onboarded into the core team before he passed the torch on.

As amazing as everyone is running communities and projects we have in the We Are Alive Tribe community is costly and time consuming.

The cost we have under control thanks to investments from various sources and @tydynrain asset management skills.

Time is an issue though as obviously we are all human have lives, family and so on.

This is where you are needed as we build an extended team that will increase the decentralised value of our community.

We are looking for people that would take part in

1. Curation of community content
2. Social interactions as a commentor
3. Team leadership in projects
4. Running of contests
5. Creation of graphic's
6. Other various tasks where needed.

There are many initatives we will implementing over time that will also need team members.

We understand time is valuable

The benefit of joining the team will be in agreements made per project or tasks like earning extra rewards and assets.

All level of skills are welcome none to any you have that could help us build the best supporting community and financial connections.

Another example of reward will be for example joining the @heartbeatonhive project team a percentage of the post rewards.

If you do not know the project it is a community contest and reward project as well as an information and curation post for the community restarting on Monday 05-01-2026.

Rather than overwhelming with information right now if anything you have read is of interest to you please comment below with your discord handle so we are able to reach out to you for an informal chat.

There are many projects and initative we wish to create and run for the benefit of the community as a whole and having your help will allow us to do even more with prosperous benefit for all.

We are also expanding to Blurt where there we will want to create projects and initatives for our community members there also adding another layer to our growing community.
