TO RENT OR NOT?

I face this dillema at the end of every season, I always want those Silver level rewards but always have to pony up to rent about 10,000 DEC and im never sure if its really worth it. i should probably just buy enough cards to get myself permanently above 15,000 DEC. I wish Summoners were worth more CP
