great post, yeah its a bit hard for newbies... i started just before the changes to rewards and it was so much easier for me... then a month later i got my husband and daughter involved and they have really struggled withouth buying lots of cards... (which my husband has... he keeps telling me he hasn't and i'm like... ah... credit card statement its ME that reviews them...) lol....
