Introduction - My first post (in spirit ) on the HIVE blockchain

This isn't my first post. But I'd consider this the first in spirit 😜 as the previous posts were all in response to contest giveaways. As recommended by @lovesniper 's welcome comment, I do agree that an introduction post is in order.

So - introductions. I'm just your average middle aged guy living in Singapore. My interests span from houseplants to sports (rollerblading is the current sport I've taken an interest in) to all things Disney and anime and gaming too! I'll have to touch on all these interests in the future, or this introduction post will become an essay instead 🤣

So, what got me here on the HIVE ecosystem in the first place?

Yup! The explosive growth of Splinterlands brought it to my notice. And I've grown to really like this game in the past few weeks that I've started on it. I will post my thoughts on the game in the future, and perhaps progress updates too.

In the process of playing Splinterlands, I've literally been pulled into the rabbit hole of the entire HIVE blockchain and am continually exploring and learning new things about it everyday. I definitely plan to post on this new world I've discovered. In a way, it is also my introduction to Cyrpto too.

I'll sign off here too. But do expect to see much more of me in the coming days ahead. I hope what I post will be interesting enough to read (if anyone even reads it at all 😅
