A Big Hello to all WOO Fans! 🥳🥳🥳 WOO!

The WOO Splinterlands promotional tournaments now alternate between the Bronze and Silver Leagues.

I've been missing the odd WOO-SPL tournament for the past month and I resolved to put an end to it by setting my alarms! That still isn't quite a fool proof method but hey, it seemed to work? 😅 That said, the tournament rotated to the Silver League bracket last weekend.

I entered that even though my chances of finishing anywhere near a prize winning slot was slim to none. 😭 I've only ever managed to get a prize 2-3 times at best when it comes to the Silver League Tournaments. So, I don't have high hopes as usual. However, you'll never know unless you try, and it makes for good practice still.

Once again, to any Splinterlands player who might not be aware, WOO @wrestorgonline actually organises a weekly Splinterlands tournament with really attractive prizes! 🤑🎁🎉

It takes place every Saturday (depending on your Timezone) and has an entry fee of just 1 DEC! Yup, you heard right. 1 DEC means the entry is practically free of charge! That means there's literally no reason not to take part at all 😜. There is zero risk involved and all you got to do is show up and have fun, and who knows? You might even perform well enough to take home some great prizes! 🥳

With all that being said, here's a quick overview of my battles and results for last week's WOO SATURDAY SLAM tournament. ⚔️🛡️

The WOO tournaments always seem to bring out extremely competitive strong players. It was once again a photo finish with 3 players tied for the 1st place with the exact same perfect 13-0 score.

Lower down the from the podium, even the players from the 4th to 8th place suffered only a single loss each and they too tied with an identical score of 12-1.

This is another one of the closest fights I've seen in recent history (even though I said that already 2 weeks ago, this one trumped that result). Tie breaker points had to unfortunately come into play in order to split everyone apart. 😱🎉

I wasn't able to keep up with all those max level Silver decks as expected and finished somewhere in the middle of the pack with a 6-7 score. That was nothing surprising and I'd almost manage an even number of wins and losses so I'll be satisfied with my performance.

Here's a quick preview of all the battles I fought en route to my final placing. Great battles from all my worthy opponents, it was an honour fighting against you. 👍 Whether it's a win or loss, I take every battle as a learning experience - especially more so for any really close fights. 😉

(Once again, there were quite a number of "no-shows" this time round, literally gifting me with "free" wins. Not that I'm complaining though 🤣, a win is a win! 🎉)
