We are part of a larger German SPL gaming community, the Legendary Dragons, with 14 guilds brawling in various tiers. Our leading guilds, the Legendary Dragons and the Legendary Wyverns play in tiers 4&5 and rank in the top 20. The Legendary Dragon Babies are currently playing in tier 2 and are ranked #86. Here is our Brawl Report #179!
Wir sind Teil einer größeren deutschen SPL Spielergemeinschaft, mit 14 aktiven Gilden in verschiedenen Tiers. Unsere Hauptgilden, die Legendary Dragons und die Legendary Wyverns kämpfen in Tiers 4&5 und liegen im Ranking in den Top 20. Die Legendary Dragon Babies spielen momentan in Tier 2 und stehen auf Rang 86. Hier is unser Brawl Report #179.
We had another great brawl and took first place with a huge 57 point lead ahead of second place! Well done team, we did it again! We also had a great win ratio of 66 wins to 26 (total of 92 battles), giving us a 72% winrate!
Wir hatten wieder einen super Brawl und haben mit einem riesen 57 Punkte Vorsprung den zweiten Platz weit hinter uns gelassen! Glückwunsch an das Team, wir haben es ihnen wieder mal gezeigt! Wir haben auch eine tolle 72% Winrate erreicht!
The competition was not so heavy this time. It was quite an easy ride. The toughest competition came from Peakmonsters Feeder 7 (#175) and YGG Brawlers Midgard (#146). All other participating guilds were outside the top 200.
Die Konkurrenz was diesmal nicht so hart, ganz easy eigentlich. Die stärkste Konkurrenz kam von Peakmonsters Feeder 7 (#175) und YGG Brawlers Midgard (#146). Alle anderen teilnehmenden Gilden waren außerhalb der top 200.

My brawl stats are reasonable with 4:3 and I am happy to get a positive winrate on a silver fray. The rewards of 3k+ Merits and 22 odd SPS are also nice.
Meine Brawlergebnisse waren akzeptabel mit 4:3 und ich bin mit einer positiven Winrate auf dem Silberfray zufrieden. Die Erlöse von 3k+ Merits und etwa 22 SPS sind auch recht nett.

Today I want to show you a quick little brawl battle to illustrate, that it is not a good idea to field a gladiator with few accompanying cards in low mana battles, especially placed in the backline, making him/her an exposed target.
Heute möchte ich euch einen kleinen Brawlkampf zeigen, welcher deutlich macht, dass es eine schlechte Idee ist einen Gladiatoren mit wenig Begleitung in Kämpfen unter 20 Mana einzusetzen (besonders in der letzten Position - klare Zielscheibe).
Captain Katie is one of my favourite gladiators, but here I enjoyed seeing her get toasted in the enemy lineup. She didn't survive the first round, as she was poisoned before fighting began in Round 2.
Captain Katies ist eine meiner Lieblingsgladiatoren aber hier hat es mir gefallen, wie sie im gegnerischen Team untergeht. Sie hat die erste Runde nicht überlebt, da sie vor Beginn der zweiten Runde vergiftet wurde.
This shows, that gladiators are not all powerful. They need to be placed well and have support monsters to offer protection and distraction from enemy fire.
Dies zeigt, dass Gladiatoren nicht übermächtig sind. Sie müssen gut positioniert sein und brauchen Unterstützung von anderen Monstern um ihr Schutz vor und Ablenkung von gegnerischen Angriffen zu bieten.
