How others are able to get him to recharge in between rounds, I didn't figure this out yet.

Your opponent must have monster with repair ability. This could be Scavo Hireling for example.

I think it would be. Some of them are pretty damn cheap at the moment. What's your in game name? I send you some!

There are so many now! I would think it through like this, check the Summoner(s) you are using and it's ability, then find monsters from the same splinter(or neutral) that will benefit from that buff.

Then there are "tanks" with lots of health or armor to put in front, a healer is always good in my opinion and so on.
