# My Tenth Season - Splinter Stats Season 70 Report Card

This season, I finally hit double digit seasons playing Splinterlands! On top of that, I also managed to finally accumulate enough Collection Power to stay in Silver 3 without renting (15k). Overall, this was a great season for me - hitting the CP milestone allowed me to dramatically reduce my rental expenses for the season, and I even got some hits in my rewards chests!

I was able to make the day 2 jump to Silver and managed to end the season at a slightly higher rating than last time, with a win rate of just over 55%. I was able to rent cards in order to collect rewards chests from the Silver I league for most of the season which was very helpful too.

Total DEC from ranked play was ~1000, which I am beginning to see is about standard for my level of play at highish Silver. This was the first time in a long time that the rewards chest RNG gods were kind to me - I got my second chest legendary ever, along with a couple of big hits from DEC chests. I think I gained quite a bit above the expected value from my chests this season, which was very refreshing after several seasons straight of lackluster rewards.

I think that the report card may have bugged out a bit here, since I actually ended up renting a few of my cards out for a bit this season and I should have some rental income here. However, a big change this season which IS properly reflected in these stats is that I was able to significantly reduce my rental costs. According to all of the numbers here, taking rentals into account I netted around 800 DEC for the season - like I said, I'm not quite sure if the overall numbers are correct, but they do feel in line with what I was seeing over the season.

I was able to get a good amount of SPS from airdrops thanks to my increasing collection power. Between my airdrops and me reinvesting some blogging payouts into SPS, I am able to enter some of the lower end SPS tournaments next season! I'm looking forward to those, and hope to have good results to report in my next season report card.
This was the best season that I've had in a long time, and I made some serious gains in the last 2 weeks. Now my goal is to build on this and progress even more in future seasons!
