Enrage: the berserker hidden in our Splinterlands cards! - Battle mage secrets (En/Es).

Greetings community! I hope you are enjoying this Saturday in Splinterlands. I am particularly excited about the announcement of the new Rebellion card set whose design not only looks spectacular, but comes with new abilities and new game mechanics!

Ruleset of the week/Ruleset de la semana
Today I come to share with you my Battle mage secrets that for this week are focused on the ruleset: What Doesn't Kill You, which in summary gives the enrage ability to all the monsters on the battlefield. This means that when receiving an attack the attack and speed statistics are multiplied by 1.5.
El día de hoy vengo a compartirles mi Battle mage secrets que para esta semana esta enfocado en la ruleset: What Doesn't Kill You que en resumen le confiere la habilidad enrage a todos los monstruos en el campo de batalla. Esto significa que al recibir un ataque las estadísticas de ataque y velocidad son multiplicados en 1.5.
One of the lineups I love to put together for these battles involves this little demon: Coeurl lurke. This card when activating the enrage is literally capable of dodging anything except cards with the true strike ability, but I like to see how far I can push the speed statistic on this card and see the frustration of the opponent watching how this card evades all the attacks they throw at them.
Una de las alineaciones que me encanta armar para estas batallas involucra a este pequeño demonio: Coeurl lurke. Esta carta al activar el enrage literalmente es capaz de esquivar cualquier cosa a excepción de cartas con la habilidad true strike, pero me gusta ver hasta que punto puedo llevar la estadística de velocidad en esta carta y ver la frustración del oponente contemplando como esta carta evade todos los ataque que les lancen.
However, this strategy using Coeurl is very common to see with this ruleset and for that reason I wanted to do something different and share with you a battle with this rule that turned out to be very interesting: a situation in which activating the enrage ends up being detrimental to your team. With this preamble I welcome you to my post and let's start with the characteristics of this battle.
Sin embargo esta estrategia usando Coeurl es muy común verla con esta ruleset y por esa razón quise hacer algo diferente y compartirles una batalla con esta regla que resultó ser muy interesante: una situación en que activar el enrage termina por ser perjudicial para tu equipo. Con este preámbulo te doy la bienvenida a mi post y empecemos con las características de esta batalla.
🎏⚔️Rules battle/Reglas de batalla
We have an intermediate mana limit: 35 and the possibility of choosing between classes: fire, earth, life and death. Our best option in this case will be to use the earth class, now let's look at the ruleset.
Tenemos un límite de mana intermedio: 35 y la posibilidad de escoger entre las clases: fuego, tierra, vida y muerte. Nuestra mejor opción en este caso será utilizar la clase tierra, veamos ahora las ruleset.

🚩What doesen´t kill you
All Monsters have the Enrage ability. Increase Melee attack and Speed when damaged. Values are multiplied by 1.5 and rounded up.
Todos los monstruos tienen la habilidad Enrage. Aumenta el ataque cuerpo a cuerpo y la velocidad cuando se daña. Los valores se multiplican por 1,5 y se redondean.
🚩Reverse speed
Monsters with the lowest Speed attack first and have the highest chance of evading attacks.

🎴Cards/Cartas
🧙♂️Summoner/Invocador: Obsidian
I have already made several posts that take advantage of the reverse speed advantage, most of them are using Immortalis but for this battle we will go into combat with a slightly more offensive configuration. Obsidian will increase our magic damage by +1 so we will try to put together a lineup that prioritizes magic damage but also has speed between 1-2.
He realizado ya varios post que aprovechan la ventaja de reverse speed, la mayoría de ellos es usando Immortalis pero para esta batalla iremos al combate con una configuración un poco más ofensiva. Obsidiana incrementará nuestro daño mágico en +1 así que procuraremos armar una alineación que priorice el daño mágico pero que también tengan velocidad de entre 1-2.
👾 Monsters/Monstruos: Micelic infantry
We need a tank with strong damage but at the same time its speed is 1 so that the enrage barely has an effect on the speed. That tank is Mycelic infantry, it has the shield ability so it can withstand melee and long-range attacks.
Necesitamos un tanque con un daño contundente pero al mismo tiempo que su velocidad sea de 1 para que el enrage apenas tenga efecto en la velocidad. Ese tanque es Mycelic infantry cuenta con la habilidad shield por lo que podrá soportar ataques melé y rango largo.
👾 Bramble pixie
Bramble pixie is the offensive support that our tank needs, with its reach ability it can attack in the second position. I currently use it at level 2 whether I am in the silver or gold league. This card is much more useful to me with a speed of 1 to these types of battles.
Bramble pixie es el soporte ofensivo que necesita nuestro tanque, con su habilidad reach puede atacar en la segunda posición actualmente la uso en nivel 2 sea que este en la liga de plata u oro, esta carta me es mucho más útil con velocidad de 1 para este tipo de batallas.
👾 Goblin psychic
Since our tank does not have resistance to magic, it is exposed to this type of attacks, to mitigate this blind spot we will use the Healing Goblin to keep it standing for as long as possible. It also has the affliction skill so when attacking it can avoid so that the enemy tank can be healed.
👾 Queen micelia
Reforzaremos la defensas de nuestra alineación con Quenn micelic por las características de esta batalla las habilidades triage y amplify puede que no tengan mucha utilidad pero si su daño mágico potenciado y su velocidad de 1.
👾 Dr Blight
Dr. Blight could not be missing from this lineup, with the summoner's modifier his damage will increase to +2 and he will be one of the first cards to attack. Of the 3 abilities it has: camouflage, affliction and poison, it is the last one that really interests us, the possibility of poisoning the enemy tank will help us to quickly sweep away the enemy vanguard.
Dr. Blight no podía faltar en esta alineación, con el modificador del invocador su daño aumentará a +2 y será de las primeras cartas en atacar. Delas 3 habilidades con las que cuenta: camuflaje, aflicción y veneno, es la última la que realmente nos interesa, la posibilidad de envenenar al tanque enemigo nos ayudará a barrer rápidamente la vanguardia enemiga.
👾 Acid shooter
Finally, we have 2 mana points left that we will use to locate the Acid shooter, I don't really like the scattershoot ability but its large amount of life can be useful to contain possible attacks from the rear.
Por último nos restan 2 puntos de mana que aprovecharemos para ubicar al Acid shooter, no me agrada mucho la habilidad scattershoot pero su gran cantidad de vida nos puede ser útil para contener posibles ataques desde la retaguardia.
⚔️Strategy and battle lineup/Estrategia y alineación de batalla
When we send the battle we can see the 2 lineups and the enemy lineup is of the death class with Astral entity as summoner. Fortunately, half of our lineup has magical attacks, the biggest danger here is the presence of Dr. Blight, life sapper and ancient lich , but the advantage we have is that we will attack first.
Cuando enviamos la batalla podemos ver las 2 alineaciones y la alineación enemiga es de la clase muerte con Astral entity como invocador afortunadamente la mitad de nuestra alineación tiene ataques mágicos, el mayor peligro aquí es la presencia del Dr. Blight, life sapper y ancient lich, pero la ventaja que tenemos es que atacaremos primero.

💥Round 1💥
In the first round we managed to eliminate the cursed slimeball twice and significantly weaken the Harklaw. Our opponent also has significant magic damage, yet we managed to keep our entire lineup alive for the second round.
En el primer round logramos eliminar 2 veces el cursed slimeball y debilitar significativamente al Harklaw, Nuestro oponente de igual forma tiene un importante daño mágico aún asi logramos mantener viva toda nuestra alineación para el segundo round.
💥Round 2💥
The second round begins and although we lost our tank, we managed to eliminate the Harklaw and the Ancient Lich, leaving the opponent with only 3 cards.
Empieza el segundo round y aunque perdimos nuestro tanque, logramos eliminar el Harklaw y al Ancient Lich dejando con solo 3 cartas al oponente.
💥Round 3💥
The third round is the culmination of this battle: Bramble pixie eliminates the Life sapper, Dr. Blight eliminates his equivalent and the Acid shooter delivers the final blow to the Grim reaper to give us a quick victory and only losing 1 single unit.
El tercer round es la culminación de esta batalla: Bramble pixie elimina al Life sapper, el Dr. Blight elimina a su equivalente y el Acid shooter le da el golpe de gracia al Grim reaper para darnos así una victoria rápida y sólo perdiendo 1 sola unidad.
🍀Conclusions/Conclusiones
This was a rather peculiar battle since the 2 rulesets were mutually exclusive, that is, activating the enrage harmed your attack speed, for this reason I chose cards whose speed was strictly 1 to avoid a decrease in the effectiveness of our attacks, particularly the melee.
Clearly the difference between victory and defeat was dictated by the magical component and having a sense of time and speed. For this reason it seems to me that the ground class has the best units to face battles with reverse speed.
The tank we chose fulfilled its function but perhaps a better alternative would be to use the Chain golem that, although it has 2 speed, has vacuum, this allows it to resist magical attacks more while our second row concentrates on making a sustained attack at the opponent's vanguard. until breaking it.
Esta fue una batalla bastante peculiar ya que las 2 ruleset eran mutuamente excluyentes, es decir activar el enrage perjudicaba tu velocidad de ataque, por esta razón escogí cartas cuya velocidad fuera estrictamente 1 para evitar una merma en la eficacia de nuestros ataques, particularmente los melé.
Claramente la diferencia entre victoria y derrota la dictó el componente mágico y y tener un sentido de los tiempo y la velocidad. Por esta razón me parece que la clase tierra tiene las mejores unidades para enfrentar batallas con reverse speed.
El tanque que escogimos cumplió su función pero quizás una mejor alternativa sería utilizar el Chain golem que aunque tiene 2 de velocidad posee vacío, esto le permite resistir más los ataques mágicos mientras nuestra segunda fila se concentra en realizar un ataque sostenido a la vanguardia del oponente hasta romperla.
