Greetings Splinterlands and Hivers community, welcome to my Battle mage secrets where we test our skills as summoners, on this occasion a favorite ruleset of many: Explosive weaponry.

💥 Explosive Weaponry
This ruleset gives all units the blast ability, meaning that each attack has an impact on adjacent cards.
Esta ruleset le confiere a todas las unidades la habilidad blast, es decir que cada ataque tiene repercusión sobre las cartas adyacentes.
Normally in these rulesets summoners are used that enhance the damage or increase the speed to deliver the first blow and make it decisive. In the next battle I will propose a strategy with a different approach: a defensive and retaliatory alignment that under the appropriate conditions can guarantee you a resounding victory. Normalmente en estas ruleset se utilizan invocadores que potencien el daño o que incrementen la velocidad para dar el primer golpe y que éste sea decisivo. En la siguiente batalla plantearé una estrategia con un enfoque diferente: una alineación defensiva y de retaliación que bajo las condiciones apropiadas pueden garantizarte una victoria contundente. 👾 Monsters/Monstruos: Wave Brood
We will use Wave brood to attract attacks to the vanguard position in this way we ensure that the damage is not dispersed so much in the secondary row but in the first and second positions.
Utilizaremos a Wave brood para atraér los ataques a la posición de la vanguardia de esta forma nos aseguramos que el daño no se disperse tanto en la fila secundaría sino en la primera y segunda posición.
👾 Poseidon
The unit in the second position has to be a card with high resistance to damage since it is at the forefront where the attacks will be concentrated, for this reason our best option here is Poseidon, it has the Shield ability making it resistant to ranged attacks.

La unidad en la segunda posición tiene que se una carta con alta resistencia al daño ya que es en la vanguardia donde los ataques se van a concentrar, por esta razón nuestra mejor opción aquí es Poseidón, cuenta con la habilidad Shield haciéndolo resistente a los ataques rango
👾 Swamp Spitter
The ruleset prevents our units from healing, but that does not mean that we cannot recover the defenses, that is the purpose of Swamp spitter, his ability to repair allied defenses will further complicate our opponent's job of breaking our vanguard.
La ruleset evita que nuestras unidades se sanen, pero eso no significa que no podamos recuperar las defensas, ese es el propósito de Swamp spitter, su habilidad de reparar las defensas aliadas complicará todavía más el trabajo de nuestro oponente de rompen nuestra vanguardia.
👾 Axemaster
An essential card for this type of battle, with its double strike ability this card inflicts a large amount of damage, although it also has the close range ability, we will place it in fourth position so as not to expose it to blast damage.
Una carta impescindible para este tipo de batallas, con su habilidad double strike esta carta inflinge gran cantidad de daño, aunque también tiene la habilidad close range la ubicaremos en la cuarta posición para no exponerla al daño del blast.

An excellent offensive card with good speed and damage, having this card in the wild format confers a great advantage, it has great damage, speed and a fairly low mana cost.
Una excelente carta ofensiva con buena velocidad y daño contar con esta carta en el formato wild confiere una gran ventaja, tiene gran daño, velocidad y un coste de mana bastante bajo.
👾 Naga Windmaster
To strengthen our units' ability to withstand damage, we will use Naga windmaster to reduce the damage of all enemy units.

⚔️Strategy and battle lineup/Estrategia y alineación de batalla
With our team armed, we send the battle and can see the enemy lineup. Using Grandmaster Rathe our opponent also chose to reinforce his defenses using units with a large amount of health and defense. Let's see how this battle develops.

💥Round 1💥
In a long exchange of attacks we managed to eliminate the Gargoya Devil unit in the first round and significantly weakened its tank, while our vanguard, although it received a lot of damage, remained firm for the second round.
En un largo intercambio de ataques logramos eliminar la unidad Gargoya devil en el primer round y debilitamos significativamente a su tanque, mientras que nuestra vanguardia aunque recibió bran daño se mantiene firme para el segundo round.
💥Round 2 & 3💥
With the lineup weakened by the return fire and our attacks the enemy lineup was not able to hold on in the second round, Hero of Beyon and Prismologist are quickly eliminated leaving them with only 2 units: Silvershield sheriff and Cornealus. In the second round our Poseidon eliminates Silvershield and later in the third Cornealus is definitively dispatched by Axemaster to grant us victory.
Con la alineación debilitada por el return fire y nuestros ataques la alineación enemiga no fue capaz de sostenerse en el segundo round, Hero of Beyon y Prismologist son eliminados rápidamente dejándoles solo 2 unidades: Silvershield sheriff y Cornealus. En el segundo round nuestro Poseidón elimina a Silvershield y posteriormente en el tercero Cornealus es definitivamente despachado por Axemaster para concedernos la victoria.
🕹️ Conclusions/Conclusiones
- It was an impeccable victory as we did not lose any units and our units in the vanguard were hardly affected, here there was a perfect synergy between a defensive/counteroffensive position complemented by support units and damage infliction.
- Fue una victoria impecable ya que no perdimos ninguna unidad y nuestras unidades en la vanguardia apenas se vieron afectadas, aquí hubo una sinergia perfecta entre una posición defensiva/contraofensiva complementada con unidades de soporte y aflicción de daños.
I appreciate your attention if you got this far, normally in these battles with Explosive weaponry I use Jacek the Conqueror but I wanted to give a different perspective to the ruleset, not as an offensive advantage but as an opportunity to achieve victory with a counteroffensive strategy.
