My journey in the Splinterlands project on its sixth anniversary: A testimony of perseverance and patience - Social Media Challenge (En/Es).

Greetings community! I welcome you to my Social media challenge, which for this week is dedicated to a truly special topic for me and that is that we are celebrating the 6 years of one of the projects that has helped me the most not only to overcome the existential crisis in which I was just meeting a lot of wonderful people in the hive ecosystem, I'm talking about the sixth anniversary of Splinterlands!

Les doy la bienvenida a mi Social media challenge que para esta semana esta dedicada a una temática verdaderamente especial para mi y es que estamos celebrando los 6 años de uno de los proyectos que más me ha ayudado no solo a superar la crisis existencial en la que me encontraba sino a conocer a una gran cantidad de maravillosas personas en el ecosistema de hive, me refiero al sexto aniversario de Splinterlands!
A transparent and truly decentralized project/Un proyecto transparente y verdaderamente descentralizado
I will not expand here on what my financial situation was in 2020, I will only say that almost 10 months after the declaration of confinement due to COVID, my financial situation was critical and I was looking for some extra way to generate some income. It was by doing in-depth research on social networks and YouTube that I learned about the rise of NFTs and play to earn games, two of which stood out considerably: Axie Infinity and Splinterlands.
No me extenderé aquí sobre cual era mi situación económica en el 2020, solo diré que a casi 10 meses de la declaración de confinamiento por el COVID si situación financiera era crítica y estaba buscando alguna manera extra de poder generar algún ingreso. Fue realizando una profunda investigación en redes sociales y youtube que me enteré del auge de los Nft y los juegos play to earn, 2 de ellos destacaban considerablemente Axie Infinity y Splinterlands.
With the FOMO of NFTs in full swing, sometimes we do not usually study the different projects in depth and in that context, since 2018, I had already come to the conclusion of the strong centralized component that the Ethereum network had, an aspect that I did not see in Hive and That's how in November 2020, with my only crypto capital of $10, I decided to enter the Splinterlands project.
Con el FOMO de los NFT en pleno auge a veces no solemos estudiar a profundidad los distintos proyectos y en ese contexto yo ya desde el 2018 ya había llegado a la conclusión del fuerte componente centralizado que tenía la red Ethereum aspecto que no veía en Hive y fue así como en Noviembre de 2020 con mi único capital en cripto de 10$ decidí entrar en el proyecto de Splinterlands.
I started this project when the Untamed edition was already in circulation, while the alpha and beta packs could only be obtained through the Hive Engine, while the cards of that edition only through the market. As I was starting out I could only settle for the reward chests and with patience I managed to obtain my first legendary reward cards that helped me a lot to advance through the bronze league.
Comencé en este proyecto cuando ya estaba en circulación la edición Untamed, mientras que los packs alfa y beta solo podían obtenerse a través de Hive Engine, mientras que las cartas de esa edición solo a través del mercado. Como estaba empezando solo podía conformarme con los cofres de recompensas y con paciencia logre obtener mis primeras cartas rewards legendarias que me ayudaron mucho para avanzar a través de la liga de bronce.
The biggest contribution I received from these chests was that I was able to obtain an Untamed pack which, to my surprise, brought me my first legendary card: Byzantine Kitty! A great contribution that helped me overcome the bronze league and begin my path in the silver league.
El mayor aporte que recibí de estos cofres fue que pude obtener un pack Untamed que para mi sorpresa me trajo mi primera carta legendaria: Bizantine Kitty! Un gran aporte que me ayudó a superar la liga de bronce y comenzar mi camino en la liga de plata.

The arrival of Chaos Legion/La llegada de Chaos Legion
With a better knowledge of the game and the announcement of the arrival of the new Chaos Legion edition I decided not to miss this great opportunity and with what I had already accumulated I gradually acquired the element that in my opinion is crucial in the game: the summoners. Getting summoners to the top of the gold league allowed me to successfully reach that league becoming one of my first achievements in the game.
Con ya un mejor conocimiento del juego y el anuncio de la llegada de la nueva edición Chaos Legion decidí no perderme esta gran oportunidad y con lo que ya había acumulado fui gradualmente adquiriendo el elemento que a mi juicio es crucial en el juego: los invocadores. Llevar a los invocadores al tope de la liga de oro me permitió alcanzar satisfactoriamente esa liga convirtiéndose en uno de mis primeros logros en el juego.

With my progress in the game I was able to improve my strategies and join a clan that then allowed me to learn one more layer of the game: Guild battles and gladius cards. These cards can only be obtained in guild battles and their peculiarity is that they have the Bloodlust ability that allows them to increase their statistics as they eliminate enemy cards.
Con mi avance en el juego pude mejorar mis estrategias y unirme a un clan que me permitió entonces conocer una capa más del juego: Las batallas de gremios y las cartas gladius. Estas cartas solo pueden obtenerse en las batallas de gremios y su peculiaridad es que tienen la habilidad Bloodlust que le permiten aumentar sus estadísticas a medida que eliminan cartas enemigas.

The latest modifications to Splinterlands included associating our rewards with the amount of Sps we have staked and, above all, lifting the restrictions on the leagues. I realized that not only was I able to go beyond the gold league, but also surpass the gold league. diamond and currently stay in the Champion league! One of my greatest achievements in the game.
Las últimas modificaciones de Splinterlands incluyeron asociar nuestras recompensas a la cantidad de Sps que tengamos estaqueados y sobre todo levantar las restricciones en las ligas pude darme cuenta de que no sólo era capaz de subir más allá de la liga de oro, sino también superar la liga de diamante y actualmente mantenerme en la liga Champion! Uno de mis mayores logros dentro del juego.
My current goals and dedication to the project/Mis metas actuales y dedicación al proyecto
I currently spend 6 hours playing the game daily, 3 hours ranking and the other 3 hours combing the card market to find good deals and the rest writing posts dedicated to sharing my strategies in the game. My most recent goals have been to obtain 2 cards from the Rift Watchers mini edition that I have been obsessed with: Skargore and Agor Longtail, these cards are my favorites in this mini edition since they have helped me stay in the Champion league.
Actualmente dedico dedico 6 horas al juego diariamente, 3 horas rankeando y las otras 3 horas entre peinar el mercado de cartas para pescar buenas ofertas y el resto en escribir publicaciones dedicadas a compartir mis estrategias en el juego. Mi metas más recientes han sido obtener 2 cartas de la mini edición Rift Watchers con las que he estado obsesionado: Skargore y Agor Longtail, estas cartas son mis favoritas en esta mini edición ya que me han ayudado a mantenerme en la liga Champion.

The new change introduced in the game of replacing the reward chests with the glint token so that we ourselves decide what objects to obtain in the rewards store has seemed like a step in the right direction and although I already have most of my reward cards at the top of the golden league, I am gathering my glints to obtain one of the 3 titles that they are offering in the store since I have never had one and I am very excited to get it.
El nuevo cambio introducido en el juego de sustituir los cofres de recompensas por el token glint para que seamos nosotros mismos lo que decidamos que objetos obtener en la tienda de recompensas me ha parecido un paso en la dirección correcta y aunque ya tengo la mayoría de mis cartas rewards al tope de la liga dorada, estoy reuniendo mis glints para obtener alguno de los 3 títulos que están ofreciendo en la tienda ya que nunca he tenido uno y me hace mucha ilusión conseguirlo.
My next goals/Mis próximos objetivos
My future goals are focused on, together with the members of our clan, going up to tier 5 of the Brawls to obtain better rewards in the tournaments and also more merits that allow me to upgrade my gladius to higher levels of the silver league.
Mis metas a futuro están centradas en conjuntamente con los miembros de nuestro clan subir al tier 5 de las Brawls para obtener mejores recompensas en los torneos y también más méritos que me permitan upgradear mis gladius a niveles superiores de la liga de plata.
My second goal is to continue improving the components of my plot to produce more grains, I currently have 4 gold common cards at most that I was collecting throughout 2021 while preparing everything for the launch of this new phase of the game, I want to try to get an epic totem and an epic category title to produce more grains and fully begin the next phases of Lands that would be 2.0.
Mi segunda meta es continuar mejorando los componentes de mi parcela para producir más granos, actualmente tengo 4 cartas comunes doradas al máximo que fui reuniendo a lo largo de todo el 2021 mientras se preparaba todo para el lanzamiento de esta nueva fase del juego, quiero intentar conseguir un totem épico y un título de categoría épica para producir más granos y comenzar de forma plena las siguientes fases de Lands que sería la 2.0.
Final reflections and my recommendations for the initiated/Reflexiones finales y mis recomendacion para los iniciados
Splinterlands is a project that you will never get bored of because you always have something to do, from ranking to obtain rewards that are worth it, participating in tournaments, clan battles and the future phases of Lands guarantee us an optimistic project for the future. For those who are starting in this project I tell you that this is the best time to enter the game since the prices of cards and summoners are really affordable, particularly with the Chaos Legion edition you ensure you have a useful deck for the modern and wild formats.
Splinterlands es un proyecto del que nunca te vas aburrir porque siempre tienes algo que hacer, desde rankear para obtener recompensas que si valen la pena, participar en torneos, batallas de clanes y las futuras fases de Lands nos garantizan un proyecto optimista de cara al futuro. Para aquellos que están empezando en este proyecto les digo que este es el mejor momento para ingresar en el juego ya que los precios de cartas e invocadores están realmente accesibles particularmente con la edición Chaos Legion te aseguras tener un mazo útil para los formatos moderno y wild.
Well friends, this was my testimony about this great project of which I have almost 4 years already, I still find it hard to believe but I started this project with just $10 and all the ghost cards in the rookie league and now I am in the Champion league, an achievement as a result of the perseverance and patience of which I am completely satisfied. Bien amigos este fue mi testimonio sobre este gran proyecto del cual tengo casi 4 años ya recorridos, aun me cuesta creerlo pero comencé este proyecto con apenas 10$ y todas las cartas fantasmas en la liga novato y ahora estoy en la liga Champion un logro producto de la perseverancia y pacienciencia del cual estoy completamente satisfecho.
