A weapon training battle with Grimbardun Smith in Action

The rebellion monsters' prices only soar in the market and do not look like they will come down anytime soon, this is because of how good they are in battles, especially the likes of the 2 promo cards Grimbardun Smith & Mantaroth

The Grimbardun Smith now sells in the market for 4.19 dollars and being a rare monster, 115 cards are needed to max it so one will get a max one for the price of around 481 dollars and it could be more than this because of the price listed per those selling.

It is worth the price because of the abilities it possesses.

Immunity: It is not affected by negative stats.

Void: Reduced the damage from magic monsters by 50%.

Shield:Reduced damage done from melee and ranged attacks by 50%.

Repair:It can fix its own armor or the armor of monsters that have taken the most damage in its team.

These 4 abilities make it one of the best tanks in the rebellion set, it is a nonattack monster but weapon-training monsters have solved that problem, and I would love to show a battle that fully explains what I mean.

It was a battle of 3 rule set, the first rule states melee monsters can not be used, and the 2nd rule favors the team with a stun monster because all the monsters possess knock out ability which is triggered when a monster is stunned and the last rule favors flying monsters, non-flying monsters would suffer two melee damage at the end of each round, it is called earthquake rule set.

I was not surprised the opponent also used Grimbardun as his tank, we all know how good the monster is and it has abilities to withstand attack from various forms of attacks, so it is just perfect.

I used a monster with the Weapon Training ability as my second monster, Daarg is gifted with some nice abilities too, as can be seen in the screenshot, it increases all its team speed by +1, and it has triage and a dodge which gives it 25% chances of being missed by opponent attacks.

The main purpose of using it in this battle is for the weapon training ability, Daarg has 3 magic power and it was able to gift that to Grimbardun and my tank heal Merdaali guardian which was adjacent to it which makes me more armed to cause more damage unlike the opponent that did not use weapon training and two of his monsters could not attack.

I used a monster with the silence ability which reduces the magic attack of the opponent, my second to the last monster was a rebellion card too and I love this card for the two abilities they gave it, they complete each other.

I love monsters with bloodlust ability, now the combo of bloodlust and scattershot just makes Argarux a good card to use, it gives the opponent chill because its attack is unpredictable.

Chaos Dragon was the last monster and also the finisher, it also has the scattershot ability and it defeated most of the opponent monsters for me and the earthquake rule also favored me.
