It has been 7 days without tournaments and players ain't happy about this, it is true we never know the value of something until we lose it, investors and players keep saying when lands and other stuff until there are no tournaments, I see fewer players concerned about other things and what they keep asking now is when tournament and how long is it going to take for splinter lands to add tournaments.
I won't deny the fact that I am among those who miss the tournaments, it is the core part of Splinterlands for players, there is no fun without tournaments, rank is not much fun and the reason is because the real money is in playing tournaments, how long are we going to be without tournaments?
My guess is no tournaments for this season but I never can tell, let's see how it goes! but one thing is certain, many players anxiously anticipate when the Splinterlands team is going to add tournaments.
The modern format is my favorite now, it gives me more sps when I play as there is not much farming there, the farming happens in the wild format that allows the usage of bots.
The recent layoff scared some investors but I believe it is for the best as the game needs to keep running and minimizing the number of employees they pay will help to sustain it during this terrible bear.
The Splintershards is one of my favorite coins in which am heavily invested, I am also to earn more of it by staking the ones I hold.
I still believe in Splinterlands, I have crossed the 100 000 sps stake which was my target for this year but I am thinking of increasing it to 200 000 staked sps and It seems possible with the dip in sps, I would be able to buy more to stake if it hit 1 cent.
Sps is undervalued now and I believe it will do well during the bull so keep staking fam!
My vouchers are sitting tight in the sps chain wallet, Nothing to do with them for now, I don't plan to sell them either till there is a big news like probably it will be useful during rebellion and that may pump the price.

the sps is the governance token
when you have it stake, you will earn more of it, it has 15 percent staking apr at the moment
It's just that because of the bear market the prices are so low and people are worried and not playing projects at all the way axie Infinity was. They are currently buying into the market as they will get huge returns within the next one year.
