A Neutral Summoner!?

I never even thought of the possibility until just now so I thought I'de bring up the question..Will Splinterlands ever release a neutral summoner? And if so, how desirable will it be compared to other summoners? It seems like it may have an unfair advantage compared to others so not sure it would even be a possibility.. What's your thoughts?
