RE: Down in dollar, Up in Splinterlands.

Not sure if this will work accross boarders but if it does we can make 54K each lol. I recently left my ex who was my partner with this. How it works is we each send bills of say 1-5K a day to each other and the debit card we use is called Unbanked which gives 6.235 back which is actually more than the 2.9% cost so every day we net 100-150 lol. If banks work across boarder join my club you will do referral links and then I give a bonus right now of 75% out of mine for the first maybe 100 ppl then 50% 100-200 and 25% -900. That comes out of my 1000 I receive from you say doing the referral so one referral minimum amount brings in 2K you would get in this case 1,750 but you can do 10K there are probably 30K of bonuses to do if you did all of them and in that case you get 17500 for each 10k in bonuses and I get 2500. The earlyer you are the better off as it goes to zero just the bonus you get after 900 which is still free. So my goal is to fund a 2-5 million fund with no one having to commit a dime of money they did not get from referrals lol. It is a win win lose (lose for bank). If bank bonuses work you should do it it will make you 100K especially if you do say 10-20K which is will be 17500 or 35K in equity and the rest goes to the GP team. If yo uwanted to contribute and be on the GP team I am looking for ppl who love making money and think way out side the box like jump out of that shit and make loot. This club is ment for ppl who want to just rake in cash. GP interest is more like helping run it and you do not pay for your interest and it will end up being about 50% to GPS and 50% to other members but there will only be a few GPS so if we get to 2 million 1 million goes to me the other 500K goes to NK my other partner, and the remaining 500K will prbably be split 2-5 ways. Likely you would end up with 100K which will make about 50-200% apr expected so you could be makeing 50-200K from this as GP interests also get X% all unit classes for free as restricte stock options. Plus after we get past 20 million which is capital raise from reg a from 1-75 million we all get some extra bonuses such as allowances for living , company car like a nice one like maybe all the GPS get rolls royce Ghosts or Bently GTs and the end game is buy a 200 plus unit comlex to make it for gamers specifically splinterlands and other hive games, will have a gaming/trading floor in it, mining and staking as a services ran in the basement that eventually will pay the tenants rent for them or 50% of the earnings to create a affordable nice place to live and eventually the reserves may make more and in that case all funds go in the club so we benefit from that to. We can prob get LIHTC credits, Energy use credits, start up NY - no tax for 10 years inc or real estate, R and D 65% of the costs, QETC credit 20% of your investment against NY tax but need to hold for 10 years. Also looking at doing a historic building so that credit for 20% can be claimed as well as solar on the roof and land as well as mini wind and electric car stations which all pay out credits. Actually one thing that can be done is have the compelex treat the staking as a wage or 1099 earnings and that can get you all sorts or credits and things plus offset taxes from other income. Some of the units like the top floor will be a penthouse we all can use just reserve it and if not its rented short term but it will be the top of the rochester skyline then if the concept works we move to bigger citites and countries where ever players are and build a empire of real estate just bringing us money. We get there were set for life. You would be raking in so much money that you prob would have no idea what to do. In 10 years this will be a few hundred million fund. All we gotta do is bootstrap the first miillion or so then we can raise capital on platforms since they will want history etc.

I do have a lot of ways to make some extra money which seems like would be a ton where you live. I need to reclocate lol I am probably eventually going to have a place in puerto rico , st croix and Florida once I have enough passive income to feel comfortable doing that but for now just staying here until the fund and other parts are running.

3. Validators - I have one but plan on a few more before they get expensive I dont want to pay more than 1500 lol. There are a lot left bc of the low price now. Im just loading up I can see this game being a billion dollar company and hope it is by my equity will be worth a lot lol and Im sure the SPS and SPT will go with it. I hope SPS does what AXIE did .15 to 160 ill have a millon soon i am planning on buying the rest soon then that would make me 160 million lol. How crazy that like another 20K ish will give me a 200K sps min and vouchers plus the extra vocher pool, at 5 million SPT ish my votes per day are 10-20 so like 8-16K spt and a bunch of others per day. Also add to my spt stake and oneup stakes and manually curate those then the rest add to the vote bots get a passive stream.

11. Everyone will get the SPS card if it gets done and can be which will be sweek make SPS spendable like on a visa debit. The GP group would solely get the profits from this as they will be sold at a 50% discount to fund members which is cost and marked up 10 for the plastic one and 50 for the metal one. Each one will be custom to have a NFT you want if you have one the SPLG logo and various designs and all cards have the club referral code which earns all of us loot. Each member will be supplied with QR code cards you can hand ppl to give to friends to do the referrals and one where you can tap on a phone and contact info goes in with referral link etc.

12. As we build blockchain assets and defi we will move to traditional assets like interests in real estate for 25-100K a fund or complex which will control about 300-400K real estate for each 100K. Also there will be a start up allocation to new companies, and a public company allocation focused on steady income from stocks on various exchanges all around the world.

Synthetic BTC, ETH, GOLD mines I call it but what it is, is when you say buy usdc, deposit on aave, comp or maker and borrow against it in eth or btc and hedge it with a futures contract short so you can pay the .2-.4% and have no risk really then you take that btc swap to wbtc half deposit on a AMM then use that as collaterol on defi protocals that allow that and borrow again do the same thing but use a different protocal and keep repeating until you cant anymore and you are earning a few LP tokens and running it through multiple positions to generate these and since the original cash will come from 10-20% margin it will cost 1.5% to borrow but lending it out higher is no problem it seems.

Steem - Since we forked from steem and there are gambling games there we will have a lottery daily and weekly and cummulative all of which we take 30% of the winnnings and 10% if no one wins and the 90% rolls to next time in the cummulative one. We will reward players with extra tickets randomly given out and some based on play. Also have a simple dice game and maybe a slot machine one

15. A video channel to stream on twitch for splinterlands tv, record it so we can replay it on all the hive blogs , steem and many other crypto blogs as well as twitter, instagram, facebook, TikTok, snap chat and any others lol.

16. Networking in discord with other guilds and clubs as well as trying to see if there is a way we can merge with others and absorb them into one club to grow.

17. We will also hopefully be able to get the funds to buy 100K in card backs half to open half to hold and buy some beta, untamed, alpha, dice cards while they are low try to get a deck for that.

18. Get are hands on any air drops or high yield pools

19. Hord vouchers after the minimum goals are hit so we can get promos for everyone .

20. Scholorship/internship where they pay a 50/50 split until they earn 2000 the minimum total investment then the next 2000 makes them a partner of the club. Thats the only other way in.

21. For people in countries that are not able to afford a high min there will be a feeder for a 25 dollar minimum but it will be a C Corp and less tax friendly but its to much to do it another way.

Everyone will have to deposit the initial money in the main club splinterlands account but will do it using a sub account so everyone has there assets separate and any distributions will be made to your perosnal account via the club account set up so its all tracted easily. All distributions will be in kind so no cap gains at least here.

A strategy I want to try is use DEC to purchase packs at a massive disocount its off the peg then sell it and re due again and again as long as i break even and acquire millions of air drop points for purchasing packs and reselling them and in the end have a few million points and no extra cost jsut rake in a ton of value from the last 6 drops.

31. Acquire more SPT to compete with monster curator and also other strong tokens that have people not holding huge balances we can push into and take over as the largest holder and voter.

32. Plan old hive and steem trading and leasing on d lease for 10-40%.

33. Also get all the SPS staked on the validators so it becomes a top validator and getsthe extra tokens.

34. Once were a bit more established with like 100K raised start making apparal for sale with are logo what ever it is and of course are referral code on everything.

35. SPS wallets that are like the btc card wallets sold so ppl can give SPS or even cards as a gift. Could create gift accounts with keys hidden and the person can customize is as much as they want and we would have a metal plate with are logo etched in and a place for the 24 seed words to be etched in as well as a way to seal it up and put it away. Also thought of actual coins like copper with SPS on it and engraved to look really cool and have amounts from 100 - 100000 SPS and SPT 1000 to 1000000 coins that can be bought and used like the physical btc paper wallets with a seal and all that anti tamper stuff.

36. Getting enough people who take making money seriously and are passionate about gaming, can bring skills that I dont have like programming or anything because to run something this big we need to obv start with one thing then just expand and kill it.

37. IT wont be a hard sell for capital based on my experiance which is sweet which means we will be up and running with a serious amount of capital in the next few months or less. I plan on driving all over promoting this once I promote it here in rochester Im giong down the east coast hit all major clustors of players and also go after investment clubs on for colleges as the members would love it bc it s real money not money they cant keep. And probably will get alot of pppl just doing bank bonuses and in that case we just add it all to the lending fund and GP fund.

38. If we do a Reg A raise or Reg D raise those shares all have 20% promoted interest and 2% mgmt fees like normal funds the units after 900 will have a 10% promoted interest split and a .2% mgmt fee and the first 900 just costs of the club are charged.

That was a total brain dump of ideas but im working on a road map its just a pain getting all this in a short and sweet paper lol.

That 4K will get to 100K most likely. Especially if you have good risk mgmt. IF the methods I have work where you are we can make that 4K in a day lol. Getting the money via bank referrals and debit card arbitrage if it works we can make some serious cash. I did it with another friend we did 4K each in bonuses lol one night. There are hundreds out there.

I play a little more loose right now like half my net worth is in splinterlands, Ichan Enterprises, Broadmark Realty, then the rest in private stock, crypto, Other real estate partnerships which are killing it. Then some other random things like timber, cows lol, a solar farm, will be investing in wine, whiskey, working interests, art , and a tone of other things though a service called vincent which aggregates funds makes the min lower it charges a little extra but can get in panterra capital for 25K when min is a million. Some can get in for a buck or 10 min to just build up over time slowly. Like when I get my mobile car detailing business going I can charge 300 a car for a interior and 350-400 for a exterior and interior and each separate service is 50 with a min of 100. Most ppl I will target are in my imeadiate area as its a pretty wealthy area and those are who will use the service and I can do a car in a hour so if I get 5 a day I make 1500 which I will use to buy IEP, crypto, Broadmark, HIVE blockchain, BITQ, futures and related AMM positions in GOLD BTC and ETH.
