Introducing FreeTcgs: a Channel to share the joy of collecting Trading Card Games... and sharing the extras with the community!

Good morning Splinterfriends!

Happy New Years and I am excited to bring to you my project for 2026!!!

To make a long story short, I have spent the last decade working on fixing some major financial mistakes and issues.

I'll spare you the details but it cost me my Crypto Investments TWICE during the Bear Markets of 2015 and 2018... oof.

This meant I had to "break" myself mentally and work an insane schedule for about 7 years to pay off the debt so I could focus on relaunching my Restaurant.

However, towards the end of 2025 I had a realization - and I didn't like it... ☹️

I had lost all my Hobbies and if it didn't involve a "Financial Gain" 😬

But that's not WHO I am... that's not "me" - that was my "Survival Mode" outliving it's usefulness... and I had to figure out a way to change this.

I had an epiphany just before Christmas, during a fantastic Stomach Flu I caught - but hey... Fever Dreams are pretty intense lol

For 2026 my goal is to rekindle my "Joy" of Collecting a Hobby - in this case Trading Cards Games like Magic: the Gathering, Pokemon and others... and SHARE that Joy, with the community 😊

After getting everything set up for Magic: the Gathering, I realized this would work PERFECTLY with Splinterlands too!

One of the BEST things about Splinterlands is the COMMUNITY!! What better way to spread the Joy of Collecting and Playing Splinterlands than by sharing with the Community?

Of course if you collect/play Magic: the Gathering, you can enter those giveaways as well!

The only stipulation for Physical Cards is that you must be in the Lower 48 States of the USA - otherwise shipping would be INSANE 😅

I've got to get back to doing things because I enjoy them - not for any other reason... and to help ensure I know I am doing this for the right reasons... I am going to share that joy with others.
