RE: SPS Governance Proposal - Start the Survival Rewards Split This Season

Regardless of what happens here - in the future, I believe the lesson to learn here is simple:

Don't change things mid-season.

I think this is a fantastic example of the double-edged sword that is a "Community Run" game... but nothing super serious.
