JAVELIN THROWER🍃 Splinterlands Art Contest SPT W-258

Cuando estuve trabajando en el boceto me llevo tiempo ubicar la serpiente en su cabeza y agregué un abundante cabello para darle más femeninas a esta carta, y estuve trabajando con el pincel tipo lápiz. Después pase a una nueva capa para poder empezar con la etapa de color, aplicando una base en el rostro y pecho que es donde me enfoque primeramente para dibujar, e ir por sección. Fui aplicando brillos para definir el rostro en cuanto a los labios y también el contorno de los ojos e iba mezclando, recordé con trazos duros y más oscuros para darle más profundidad. Iba borrando luego el delineado en negro y seguí con los ojos en una nueva capa y también la boca. Aplique iluminación en una nueva capa usando para todo un mismo método de mezcla normal. Luego fui aplicando el verde del traje con varias tonalidades para agregar un poco de sombras, igualmente agregué la base de la franja amarilla para luego seguir con ella.

When I was working on the sketch, it took me some time to place the snake on its head and I added abundant hair to make this card more feminine, and I was working with the pencil-type brush. Then I moved on to a new layer to start the color stage, applying a base to the face and chest, which is where I first focused on drawing, and going by section. I was applying gloss to define the face in terms of the lips and also the eye contour and I was mixing, I remembered with hard and darker strokes to give it more depth. I then erased the black outline and continued with the eyes in a new layer and also the mouth. Apply lighting to a new layer using the same normal blending method throughout. Then I was applying the green of the suit with various shades to add a little shadows, I also added the base of the yellow stripe and then continued with it.

Fui difuminando el traje y agregando tonos más claros para ir definiendo y reforce las sombras de los pliegues y también algunos brillos usando la brocha tipo plano real y con un método normal de mezcla. Borre el delineado en negro y seguí pincelando la sección amarilla usando el mismo método normal de mezcla. Después aplique en una nueva capa el color base para la capucha de serpiente y fui pincelando con varios tonos para agregar profundidad y definición, use el mismo método normal de mezcla y en capas fui agregando iluminación y también sombras para definir los bordes. Fui borrando el delineado en negro y fui difuminando los bordes y reforzando las sombras. Después de esto, fui trabajando en varias capas el cabello, trazando los mechones más claros en una capa delantera y otra para agregar mechones que den la profundidad además agregué otra capa por detrás del cuerpo para dibujar los mechones que están detrás. Ya en esta etapa final tenía definido el personaje ya me tomaría es el tiempo de agregar capas de brillo y superposición, además de dibujar el fondo.

I blended the suit and added lighter tones to define and reinforce the shadows of the creases and also some highlights using the real flat brush and with a normal mixing method. I erased the black liner and continued brushing the yellow section using the same normal blending method. Then I applied the base color for the snake hood in a new layer and brushed with various tones to add depth and definition, I used the same normal mixing method and in layers I added lighting and also shadows to define the edges. I erased the black outline and blurred the edges and reinforced the shadows. After this, I worked on the hair in several layers, tracing the lighter strands in a front layer and another to add strands that give depth. I also added another layer behind the body to draw the strands that are behind. Already in this final stage I had defined the character and I would take the time to add layers of brightness and overlay, in addition to drawing the background.

Empecé en una nueva capa por el cabello agregando mechones de cabellos más finos usando una capa con método añadir y pincelando con la brocha tipo pelo, y luego fui dibujando con varios tonos el fondo usando la brocha tipo pincel redondo abanico con un grosor medio alto para crear esa textura de puntos diminutos. Usando una capa con método normal de mezcla, seguí entonces con pinceladas de varios tonos de fondo. Terminado esto abrí una capa con superposición y fui pincelando el fondo para resaltar algunos tonos. Luego termine en una nueva capa los guantes rojos que era un detalle que me faltaba de su traje y seguí con una nueva capa en superposición para darle más reales a los colores del traje y de su piel usando la brocha tipo plano real con una opacidad baja, resaltando sus ojos, la piel y también el traje. Finalmente seguí con una capa en añadir y agregué brillo en los ojos, en puntos de brillos en su rostro como también en su traje y difumine un poco, añadiendo también la brocha tipo purpurina y la punto de brillo para darle algunos destellos de brillos en su entornos, que son unas de mis brochas favoritas. I started in a new layer through the hair, adding strands of finer hair using a layer with the add method and brushing with the hair type brush, and then I began drawing the background with various shades using the round fan brush type with a medium-high thickness to create that texture of tiny dots. Using a layer with a normal blending method, I then followed with brushstrokes of various background tones. Once this was finished, I opened a layer with an overlay and brushed the background to highlight some tones. Then I finished the red gloves on a new layer, which was a detail that I was missing from her suit, and I continued with a new overlapping layer to give more realness to the colors of the suit and her skin, using the real flat type brush with a low opacity. , highlighting her eyes, skin and also the suit. Finally I continued with a layer to add and added glitter in the eyes, in glitter dots on her face as well as in her suit and blended it a little, also adding the glitter brush and the glitter dot to give her some sparkles of glitter in her environments, which are some of my favorite brushes.
