For Hive users, this information is simple, banal and obvious but the vast majority of players out there don't even know what a swap is.

When I started playing, about 4 years ago, there weren't all these video tutorials and learning was probably more difficult but the Splinterlands community is very active in the Discord channel, so make sure you're registered and don't be afraid to do questions, even the stupidest ones: the sooner you eliminate even the slightest doubt, the faster you will grow in the game!

Splinterlands is no longer just a simple card game, the arrival of Land has projected the game onto a much higher level, perhaps complex, but certainly exciting.

Splinterlands è un gioco maledettamente coinvolgente, strategico ed innovativo perché, a differenza di tutti i giochi #web2 nasce sulla blockchain e richiede una basilare conoscenza di tokenomics, swap, strategia d'investimento. Per questo motivo, l'inizio non è certamente facile come andare nello store, scaricare un gioco ed iniziare il divertimento. Per chi è utente Hive, queste informazioni sono semplici, banali ed evidenti ma la stragrande maggioranza del giocatori lì fuori non sa neanche cosa sia uno swap.

Questa ovviamente è la prima e grande difficoltà dei newbies. Dopo qualche lettura, il sito di Splinterlands offre molte informazioni su cosa sia in gioco #web3 e come iniziare a giocare attraverso l'acquisto di uno speelbook, un set iniziale di carte offerte dal team per le prime battaglie, scoprendo alcuni significati come rulset, abilità e statistiche.

La verità è che all'inizio capirete poco e niente, il tentativo di schierare carte sarà causale e probabilmente le sconfitte saranno sequenziali, fino a scoraggiarvi e mollare. Bene, resiste! Perché dopo qualche giorno di vani tentativi, riuscirete a comprendere i meccanismi che muovono il gioco, la differenza tra carte con attacco ranged, melee, magic e no attack, a comprendere l'utilità delle abilità e a comporre le prime strategie. La pratica è il miglior esercizio, dopo una buona teoria.

Un supporto prezioso arriva dalla comunità: molti players, sia top che mediocri, condividono le battaglie sui social, alcuni hanno canali YouTube dedicati in cui spiegano bene le strategie, le regole e offrono consigli molto utili. Impara da chi ha più esperienza di te e fanne tesoro! Quando ho iniziato a giocare io, circa 4 anni fa, non vi erano tutti questi video tutorial ed imparare è stato probabilmente più difficile ma la comunità di Splinterlands è molto attiva nel canale Discord, per cui accertati di essere iscritto e non aver timore di fare le domande, anche le più stupide: prima elimini ogni minimo dubbio e più velocemente crescerai nel gioco!

Splinterlands non è più solo un semplice gioco di carte, l'arrivo di Land ha proiettato il gioco su un livello molto più alto, forse complesso, ma fo certo entusiasmante.
