Why is NO ONE addressing blog posts and SPT completely disappearing from accounts?

Why is NO ONE addressing posts and SPT completely disappearing from accounts? It has been almost 4 days now and all my blog posts and SPT are still completely vanished. I had over 2,000 SPT and 6 blog posts that are still live on Splintertalk, but not on my account anymore and the SPT went to zero when it was over 2,000. There is no support email for Splintertalk.io that I could find. I tried to reach out to @monster-curator, but haven't received a reply. How do we get in touch with ANYONE responsible for this? I want my blogs back and definitely want my thousands of SPT I'm owed. I'm sure everyone else that was affected by the UI updated would agree that we would like some answers and understanding, but at least acknowledge what has happened here please. Can anyone tell me how to escelate this because I'm kind of new to Splintertalk and this is super discouraging and annoying. Thanks everyone!
