$100,000+ Worth of Cards Still Stuck in One Account

The conundrum that the owner of one of the largest bot farms must endure.

It's been a while since last checking in on how the A-Team's bot mining operation was doing and all indications are that the farm is still operational as miner accounts such duong96 are still renting cards in Bronze League. Some bot mining operations have exited while others have stayed and the decision to mine SPS and Soulbound Rewards cards at ridiculously low rental rates justified the business unit continuity. However, one question does remain after this farm was able to sell so much of their card assets, "What happened to Philip-do?"

For those unfamiliar, Philip-do was a holding account for Regular Foil Common Rewards cards from the Chaos Legion set. This account was the destination for all of the unsold cards from the mining operation and these cards simply could not be sold. With 47,441,100 Collection Power presently and an account value of $100,542.80, many would be envious. Except there is one problem, that amount would need to be sold off and there's no demand for it. Cornering the market on Regular Foil Blood Makers and Vampire Bats has resulted in this account holding 23.5% and 22.9% of the total BCX circulating for these cards respectively.

These cards could be burned and it would result in a $39,518.44 windfall, which is a 60.5% drop-off from the market value and the associated hopes that all of these cards are sold. In the meantime, these cards just sit there and they serve no value outside of 7.9% of the Collection Power being delegated to other miners within the overall mining operation.

The other 92.1% of the Collection Power sits there collecting dust waiting for any sort of sales demand.

A New Collection Power Leader

For a while, the leading Collection Power account was Philip-do, but this holding account was overtaken by @vugtis in the Collection Power rankings.

It may be June 2023, but it is evident that some things change and others remain the same.
