Splinterlands Art Contest // Week 177// HYDRA
For this weeks contest I am entering my version of the Splinterlands Hydra.
I used this image as my reference
I started out with a simple background, I painted the sky purple to make the scene look a bit more threatening.
Then I loaded in my base figure, as you can see he is pretty basic, so I had to spruce him up a bit.
I added a texture map to the hydra to make him look a bit more realistic.
I duplicated the figure so he would have more heads, and more closely match my reference image,
Finally I painted it green and reworked the eyes so that they were white. Then I simply animated each head individually to create the animation.

Se ve genial, aunque creo que el fondo no lo ayuda mucho, pero seguro que unos renders mas de cerca se vería impresionante.
