Love the idea, some interesting concepts. Like the rarest foil print based on minting of the regular foils. Nice thought experiment might be some ideas that could be implemented at some point.

This is more than just a thought experiment. If this gets good feedback, which I have been getting, then I plan to do another post with refinements and then hopefully put it through for a proposal
