Cool idea, you'll have my vote when this becomes an actual proposal! I like the idea of having SPS used in other games and this feels like it could have a synergistic network effect. Your plan looks pretty solid and well developed.

There is a slightly unfortunate aspect of timing, in that both your proposal and the exchange listing proposal that just came out are intending to make use of what was originally the Team share of SPS distribution. For that, I offer the following solution:

Let the exchange proposal run its course, as that guy did beat you to the punch. If it fails, then you go ahead with your proposal as-is. If it passes, then you modify your own proposal to get the 150,000 SPS per month from the SPS that originally was being used for rewarding providers in the liquidity pools. Clayboyn is running a series of proposals to cut LP rewards; those savings should be adequate to cover the amount you are asking for.
