Delicious Chicken Malai Tikka a flavourful recipe

In this blog, I'm excited to share with you a delightful recipe for Chicken Malai Tikka that you can easily prepare at home. Ingredients:

  • 500 grams boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces


1cup green chatni (ginger+garlic+coriander leaves+green chilli+curd 1 teaspoon for grinding)

  • 1 cup thick yogurt

  • 1/2 cup fresh cream (malai)

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
    1 teaspoon chat masala
    1 teadpoon kasuri mathi


Salt to taste
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Butter
Instructions:

  1. Marinating the Chicken:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken,green chatni, thick yogurt, fresh cream, lemon juice, garam masala, ground black pepper, ground coriander, kasuri methi, ground cumin, and salt.

Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined and the chicken pieces to the marinade and coat them evenly. Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.

Preparing the Chicken Malai Tikka:

Heat butter in a large pan over medium heat.Add the marinated chicken to the pan.
Lets them cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.

Once cooked, remove the chicken malai tikka from the pan.

Once the chicken Malai Tikka is ready, coat it with butter ,cream and roasted marinated masala.

Now the chicken Malai Tikka is ready to served

Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot withcoriander or mint chatni.
