Splinterlands - Spring Training Tournaments and Super Mega Raffle

I participate in the Splinterlands Weekly and Pop Up Spring Training Tournaments whenever possible. This is only one of the many tournaments that are available in the Events tab of the Splinterlands game.

I enjoy playing the game and tournaments have helped me improve my playing skill. I also love collecting NFTs so the Spring Training Tournaments also help satisfy that craving as well.

Super Mega Raffle Ticket

After the Spring Training Tournament season concludes, there will be a Super-Mega Raffle Ticket drawing on July 4th.

The raffle will be for all NFTs created after the initial production of the 2022 set and packs not distributed via tourneys during the season.

When I was opening my packs today, I received one of the Super Mega Raffle Tickets so I cannot wait until July 4th to see what I could possibly when. I hope to get a few more ticket prior to then so that my chances are increased.

Odds of Getting Raffle Ticket

The odds of receiving one of the Super Mega Raffle Tickets depends on the type of pack that is being opened.

Mini - 5% (Mini packs are available by participating in the Pop Up Tournaments)
Regular - 10%
Jumbo - 20%
Super Jumbo - 30%
(Regular, Jumbo and Super Jumbo packs are available by participating in the Weekly Tournaments)

Three Types of Spring Training NFTs

When opening packs, there are three Variants of NFTs that you could receive - Vintage (most common), Dark Spirit (rarer than Vintage) and Premier (rarest of all variants).

Premier
Premier variant is the rarest of all variants. From all of the packs that I opened, I have received three cards from this variant. The lowest mint is the #5 Magi of Chaos card.

Dark Spirit
Dark Spirit variant is the next rarest of the variants. I have received six of this variant with the lowest minted card being #8 Dax Paragon

Vintage

Vintage is the most common of the variants. I have received 23 cards from this variant. Some of which are duplicates but this means that I can combine them once I get more.
