RE: Gaming Tokens Defy Bear Market Sentiment, While Splinterlands Takes a Different Approach

Part of the problem is Splinterlands is a big ship and its harder to turn than a speedboat. They have made changes via DAO votes that are helping to turn the ship, but of course its not evident to everyone yet whether or not its enough.

I do like your thought process here Bronk in general, and I do believe if they want to grow then they have to ask themselves "what do new customers want?"

If they ask that question, then they will get the answer. It sounds complicated to many, but really its as simple as truly bearing down and finding solutions to that question.

Thanks for the post!!!

thank you, as always your words are much appreciated!😻
I believe Splinterlands has much more potential than its competitors from the very beginning. It saddens me to see decisions being made that devalue and drive away people. Games are something people do in their free time to relax and enjoy themselves, and they don't want to constantly be confronted with someone wanting money from them or anything else. They want to feel rewarded, and when people are happy, they willingly spend money. The opposite happens when people feel like someone is trying to take their money from them.
In my opinion, humanity and empathy are the biggest weaknesses of Splinterlands, and it is truly tragic that this prevents the quality advantage from being fully realized.
