RE: SPS DAO Proposal - Establish Visions of Verico Second Sale Page and Pack Burn Mechanic

Its a DAO decision, not a team decision. There seems to be enough players that want to see the packs distributed this way. Anyone can make a proposal, so this was one of them. While everyone has a preference on how things should be done, 2/3rds of the voting stake has to agree to it.
