♥ WOOD NYMPH ♥

¡Hola a todos! Esta mi participación para el concurso de arte @splinterlands, en esta ocasión quise participar con la hermosa carta: Wood Nymph. Además, me he inspirado en la reconocida pintura: Nacimiento de Venus.

Hello everyone! This is my entry for the @splinterlands art contest, this time I wanted to participate with the beautiful card: Wood Nymph. In addition, I have been inspired by the well-known painting: Birth of Venus.

Una de las cosas que quería mantener en este fanart eran los colores verdes, aunque de cierta manera la piel la pinté de un color normal, quería que tanto las flores, agua y cabello si tuviese este tono.

One of the things that I wanted to keep in this fanart were the green colors, although in a certain way I painted the skin in a normal color, I wanted both the flowers, water and hair to have this tone.

En este fanart quería plasmar la delicada belleza de la mujer y lo majestuoso que se ve su cabllera, sobre todo cuando son abundantes y llena de rizos; su piel tipo caucásico me ha encantado, lo que no quería transmitir era vulgaridad, ya que al estar semidesnuda, es muy fácil caminar entre lo vulgar y lo sublime; creo que he logrado que se sienta femenino y hermoso.

In this fanart I wanted to capture the delicate beauty of the woman and how majestic her hair looks, especially when it is abundant and full of curls; I loved her Caucasian-type skin, what she did not want to convey was vulgarity, since being half-naked, it is very easy to walk between the vulgar and the sublime; I think I've made it feel feminine and beautiful.

El agua que maneja este personaje en el arte de la carta original lo planteé acá como si fuese una ola que se rompe detrás de ella, con mucha espuma y con agua de un turquesa intenso.

The water that this character handles in the art of the original card is presented here as if it were a wave that breaks behind her, with a lot of foam and intense turquoise water.

Sé que suena repetitivo y sé que cada ilustración que termino suelo pensar lo mismo, pero: me ha encantado este personaje, sobre todo su rostro, su timidez, dulcura y sensualidad sin caer en lo vulgar me ha atrapado. Estoy muy feliz de prácticar estas ideas en este fanart. Espero que les haya gustado, nos vemos en una próxima publicación.

I know it sounds repetitive and I know that every illustration I finish I usually think the same thing, but: I loved this character, especially his face, his shyness, sweetness and sensuality without falling into the vulgar has caught me. I am very happy to practice these ideas in this fanart. I hope you liked it, see you in a next publication.
