¡Hola a todos! Estoy sumamente emocionado de volver a participar en este concurso de arte para splinterlands, en esta ocasión sólo les traigo el proceso del boceto, luego haré otra publicación donde muestre el proceso de la ilustración final. Así que acompáñame a mostrarte el proceso de mi arte.

Decidí hacer un fanart sobre VULGUINE, una carta del splinter de Luz el cual me gustó mucho su diseño. Tuve muchas ideas para este fanart, en primer lugar pensé en convertirlo en hombre, pero me resultaba dificil dibujar hombres a mi estilo porque estoy acostumbrado a dibujar mujeres, así que me fui por esto último.

I decided to make a fanart about VULGUINE, a light splinter card which I really liked its design. I had many ideas for this fanart, first of all I thought about turning him into a man, but it was difficult for me to draw men in my style because I am used to drawing women, so I went for the latter.

La idea era que el personaje tuviese una pose delicada y elegante, pero a la vez seria, que transmitiera un ligero peligro si te acercabas a ella. Dibujé mucho pelaje y algo de ropa que más tarde detallaría mejor. Decidí no hacerla como un furro, sino más bien que el lobo fuese un tipo de vestuario.

The idea was for the character to have a delicate and elegant pose, but at the same time serious, that conveyed a slight danger if you got close to her. I drew a lot of fur and some clothing that I would detail better later. I decided not to make her as a furry, but rather have the wolf be a costume guy.

Decidí dar más presencia a la mirada y a las manos, estas ultimas serás rojas como la versión original. La mirada de elegancia y maldad es uno de mis rasgos favoritos. Ella es de temer. Para la forma del cabello me basé en el pelaje del lobo, con distintas ondas y las puntas estarían encendidas en fuego o de color rojo, como en el personaje original.

I decided to give more presence to the look and to the hands, the latter will be red like the original version. The look of elegance and evil is one of my favorite traits. She is to be feared. For the shape of the hair I based myself on the fur of the wolf, with different waves and the tips would be lit in fire or red, as in the original character.

Y es así como terminé de agregar la ropa, donde abundaría gran parte del pelaje del lobo blanco, además de su larga cola encendida en rojo. Creo que he quedado muy satisfecho con este boceto y estoy muy emocionado por comenzar a pintarlo, aunque mi participación será para la próxima semana puesto que estoy en otros proyectos y deseo ir lento con esta creación.
