DEC Burn Report 1: 0 Burned + 9035 Awaiting burn

Hi all, this is the first report for the @dec.burn account. I will be posting this once every now and then depending on how much funding this account receives.

As the primary goal of this account is to maximize DEC burns, we have decided to participate in the fifth anniversary event. All DECs received will be burned via this promotion once the event starts and all rewards will be sold on market with DEC proceeds being burned. If we receive a Runi, which is highly unlikely, we will deal with it once the time comes.

  • Raise more awareness for this initiative

  • Create a curation trail for the #decburn tag
  • Start accepting HP delegations for @dec.burn

What about SPT received? Will it be converted to DEC and then burned as well?

Correct, all third party H-E tokens will also be converted to DECs and burned. That and more info have been detailed in the intro post

This is great initiative @cryptoeater. What about creating a weekly posts where people can upvote them similar to HBD stabilizer posts? I am sure that whales will frequently upvote them.

We will post periodic updates on the progress of the @dec.burn account which the community can upvote. However, initially this may be done a bit less frequently than weekly but will become more often as we grow.
