Hello, my Splinterlands friends!

It's been a while since I shared with you one of my weekly challenge battles, but this time I couldn't resist participating in the dragon challenge, one of my favorite elements. So, I created an amazing battle in the battles challenge within my guild. And I have to tell you, it was an epic battle!

Ha pasado un tiempo desde que compartí con ustedes una de mis batallas en los desafíos semanales, pero esta vez no pude resistirme a participar en el desafío de los dragones, uno de mis elementos favoritos. Así que, creé una increíble batalla en el desafío de batallas dentro de mi gremio. Y les tengo que decir, ¡fue una batalla épica!

I tell you that before creating my lineup, I took some precautions and checked the rules and the amount of mana available. This helped me to have a clear idea of what monsters and summons I could use for my battle. Since, in guild battles, you can't see your opponent's last battles to know their strategy, it only remains to apply a good strategy based on the rules and team composition.

Les cuento que antes de crear mi alineación, tomé algunas precauciones y revisé las reglas y la cantidad de mana disponibles. Esto me ayudó a tener una idea clara de qué monstruos e invocaciones podría usar para mi batalla. Ya que, en las batallas del gremio, no puedes ver las últimas batallas de tu oponente para conocer su estrategia, solo queda aplicar una buena estrategia basada en las reglas y en la composición de los equipos.

In this battle, both me and my opponent chose dragons as our main element, and used the same summoner. Knowing this, I had to be careful and create an effective strategy in order to win.

En esta batalla, tanto yo como mi oponente elegimos dragones como nuestro elemento principal, y usamos el mismo invocador. Sabiendo esto, tuve que ser cuidadoso y crear una estrategia efectiva para poder ganar.

SELENIA SKY

This is an incredible dragon summoner, in fact one of the oldest of the editions since this belongs to the Alpha and Beta editions this has the ability to give 1+ ranged attack to the alloyed monsters with this ability, this summoner consumes 3 mana and this is a legendary without a doubt an incredible summoner to rent or to have it inside your card pool.

Este es un increíble dragón invocador, de hecho uno de los más antiguos de las ediciones ya que este pertenece a las ediciones Alfa y Beta este tiene la habilidad de dar 1+ ataque a distancia a los monstruos aleados con esta habilidad, este invocador consume 3 mana y este es un legendario sin duda un increíble invocador para rentar o tenerlo dentro de tu card pool.

LORD ARIANTHUS

This monster in spite of not possessing any type of attack, is excellent to carry in the first position because it possesses incredible abilities that help a lot these abilities are Thorns, Magic Reflex, Void, Shield. On the other hand, this card has 9 health, 1 speed and consumes 5 mana, all the described stats of this card are at its maximum level.

Este monstruo a pesar de no poseer ningún tipo de ataque, es excelente para llevar en la primera posición ya que posee increíbles habilidades que ayudan mucho estas habilidades son Espinas, Reflejo Mágico, Vacío, Escudo. Por otro lado esta carta posee 9 de salud, 1 de velocidad y consume 5 de mana, todas las estadísticas descritas de esta carta están en su máximo nivel.

EARTH ELEMENTAL

This is a ranged attack card and mostly I place it in the back in my lineups but this time I placed it in the position because the Explosive weaponry rule and this rule is that the attacks that my opponent launches the cards of the second position will receive damage and this card has the ability to Heal, ie this card will regenerate part of his health in each round and is a way that my other cards are protected. On the other hand, this card has 3 ranged attack, 8 health, 2 speed and consumes 3 mana all stats are at its maximum level.

Esta es una carta de ataque a distancia y casi siempre la coloco atrás en mis alineaciones pero esta vez la coloqué en la posición porque la regla de Armas explosivas y esta regla consiste en que los ataques que lance mi oponente las cartas de la segunda posición recibirán daño y esta carta tiene la habilidad de Curar, es decir esta carta regenerará parte de su salud en cada ronda y es una forma de que mis otras cartas estén protegidas. Por otro lado, esta carta tiene 3 de ataque a distancia, 8 de salud, 2 de velocidad y consume 3 de maná todas las estadísticas están en su nivel máximo.

FURIOUS CHICKEN

I put this card in this position as a distraction, although I could put it in the second position I did not really want to, because the other previous card would protect more, this is only a decoy and with a single attack would destroy it so I thought that this position was ideal for the rules of the moment and really it came out because I put it in this line because if not your Gladius card would have multiplied its attack since it was the only card that was attacking from the back of your lineup. On the other hand, this card has 1 attack, 1 health, 1 speed and does not consume mana which is the best of this card, the described stats of this card are at level 3 of this card.

Puse esta carta en esta posición como distracción, aunque podría ponerla en la segunda posición realmente no quise, ya que la otra carta anterior protegería más, esta es solo un señuelo y con un solo ataque la destruiría así que pensé que esta posición era la ideal para las reglas del momento y realmente me salió porque la puse en esta línea ya que si no tu carta Gladius hubiera multiplicado su ataque ya que era la única carta que atacaba por la espalda de tu alineación. Por otro lado esta carta tiene 1 ataque, 1 salud, 1 velocidad y no consume mana que es lo mejor de esta carta, las estadísticas descritas de esta carta son a nivel 3 de esta carta.

QUORA TOWERSHEAD:

In this fourth position I place my precious QUORA TOWERSHEAD, this Gladius card I love sincerely and every time I have the opportunity I take the opportunity to use it, this card has two incredible skills which are, Bloodlust and heal. This card has 2 melee attack, 2 magic attack, 12 health, 3 speed and consumes 10 mana is quite a lot but this card is worth it, the stats are at level 2.

En esta cuarta posición coloco mi preciada QUORA TOWERSHEAD, esta carta Gladius la amo sinceramente y cada vez que tengo la oportunidad aprovecho para usarla, esta carta tiene dos habilidades increíbles las cuales son, Sed de sangre y curar. Esta carta tiene 2 de ataque cuerpo a cuerpo, 2 de ataque mágico, 12 de salud, 3 de velocidad y consume 10 de mana es bastante pero esta carta lo vale, las estadísticas están a nivel 2.

BROWNIE

I placed this card in this fifth position because I needed to protect it since the purpose of this card was to help the other allied cards to have more speed and thus have more chance to attack before my opponent, this ability is Acceleration. For its part, this card has 5 speed, 1 attack, 2 health and consumes 1 mana which is super cool these stats are at level 3.

Coloqué esta carta en esta quinta posición porque necesitaba protegerla ya que el propósito de esta carta era ayudar a las otras cartas aliadas a tener más velocidad y así tener más oportunidad de atacar antes que mi oponente, esta habilidad es Aceleración. Por su parte, esta carta tiene 5 de velocidad, 1 de ataque, 2 de salud y consume 1 de mana lo cual es super genial estas estadísticas son a nivel 3.

JAVELIN THROWER:

I put this card in this last position because it is a distance attack card and I knew that this card was going to help me a lot to my lineup, because it has 6 speed this means that it is a card that will attack among the first, it has the abilities Drill and Dodge without a doubt two incredible abilities. On the other hand, this card has 4 attack, 5 health, 6 speed and 5 mana, these stats are at level 7.

Puse esta carta en esta última posición porque es una carta de ataque a distancia y sabía que esta carta me iba a ayudar mucho a mi alineación, ya que tiene 6 de velocidad esto quiere decir que es una carta que va a atacar de las primeras, tiene las habilidades Taladrar y Esquivar sin duda dos habilidades increíbles. Por otro lado esta carta tiene 4 de ataque, 5 de salud, 6 de velocidad y 5 de mana, estas estadísticas son a nivel 7.

Yes, the strategy I implemented for this battle was very effective. I decided to attack, protect, and increase the speed of my cards, which helped my lineup tremendously. In addition, I used cards that regenerated automatically and could recover their health during the battle. Although my opponent and I used the same summoner, this was not a relevant factor, as in the current rules, summoners were muted and could not use their abilities.

Sí, la estrategia que implementé para esta batalla fue muy eficaz. Decidí atacar, proteger y aumentar la velocidad de mis cartas, lo que ayudó enormemente a mi alineación. Además, usé cartas que se regeneraban automáticamente y podían recuperar su salud durante la batalla. Aunque mi oponente y yo usamos el mismo invocador, esto no fue un factor relevante, ya que en las reglas actuales, los invocadores estaban silenciados y no podían usar sus habilidades.

Also, my lineup was more consistent than my opponent's, as I attacked from behind with r
anged attack and magic cards, while he only used one magic attack card. The other cards he used were melee and resistance, which didn't make much sense in his lineup because they wouldn't attack until they were in the front line.

Además, mi alineación era más consistente que la de mi oponente, ya que yo atacaba por la espalda con cartas de ataque a distancia y cartas mágicas, mientras que él sólo utilizaba una carta de ataque mágico. Las otras cartas que usaba eran de cuerpo a cuerpo y resistencia, que no tenían mucho sentido en su alineación porque no atacaban hasta que estaban en primera línea.

As for the battle itself, it was exciting because the cards could be used at their maximum level. I was glad I won this battle because it was important as it was within our guild, where we played to score points and rank up.

En cuanto a la batalla en sí, fue emocionante porque las cartas podían usarse a su máximo nivel. Me alegré de haber ganado esta batalla porque era importante, ya que era dentro de nuestro gremio, donde jugábamos para conseguir puntos y subir de rango.

Definitely yes, dragons are one of my favorite elements in the game. I get really excited when there are challenges related to them, as it allows me to use any dragon and talk about it. In particular, for this battle, I chose the summoner SELENIA SKY, a legendary rarity card that consumes 3 mana and has the ability to give 1+ ranged attack to allied cards.

Definitivamente sí, los dragones son uno de mis elementos favoritos del juego. Me emociono mucho cuando hay desafíos relacionados con ellos, ya que me permite usar cualquier dragón y hablar de él. En concreto, para esta batalla elegí al invocador SELENIA SKY, una carta de rareza legendaria que consume 3 de maná y tiene la capacidad de dar 1+ de ataque a distancia a las cartas aliadas.

This summoner is one of my favorites because of its great utility in battle. Although I know there are other amazing cards that could be better than SELENIA SKY, I always choose her because she is special to me.

Esta invocadora es una de mis favoritas por su gran utilidad en batalla. Aunque sé que hay otras cartas increíbles que podrían ser mejores que SELENIA SKY, siempre la elijo porque es especial para mí.
